I sometimes enter--if I stumble across something and if I would actually use the items being given away. I don't visit a lot of blogs and I don't go looking for giveaways.
I've won twice. One time I got some stamps, some square envelopes, some stickers and Thickers. Just recently I won some Pampered Chef items (from a Splitcoast friend who sells PC in addition to doing paper crafting).
I probably visit 10 blogs every day and I always enter if they're giving stuff away. There are others I visit on an infrequent basis and I will enter if I happen to hit on a blog candy day. There are some giveaways I would like to enter but you have to post something on your own blog and I don't have a blog.
i don't enter blog candy contests anymore unless it's totally awesome!!! (like Pioneer Woman gives away Photoshop CS3 and Cameras and stuff...)
i've won a couple of times, though. I won a Kim Hughes stamp set, and a few magazines and scrapbook stuff from Jennifer Pebbles. It was exciting, but I blog hop in google reader and don't really click out of it..

I won one of the first timeless templates and thats been it. I dont enter them that much anymore b/c they ask you to link them to your blog and I dont have a blog. Too busy reading them and this site.
I was thrilled to find out about six months that I won a blog contest for a Big Shot give-away, however, unfortunately I still haven't received it. This contest was on a blog for an online scrapping/cardmaking magazine.
I don't enter much because living in New Zealand I would feel awful if I won and the person had to send the stuff here! I also don't have a blog so I couldn't link to them either. I have entered one or two when the temptation was too much & the candy was to die for. LOL Sometimes they offer stuff we don't even have in the shops yet ;)
I will enter if they are offering something I know I will use. But I don't enter the ones where they want you to link on your blog or they want you to be a follower.
I voted other. I have won two or three times, but I don't enter for any and every blog-candy that I see. It has to be something that I know I'd like and would use, and also a blog that I follow anyway (even if only through Google Reader, with rare comments). I don't follow links on blogs to candy on other blogs.
I don't usually enter a contest, etc. for blog candy. But I did win something here on SCS when they where having a "non" raffle for flood victims. That was super fun!
I gave away some blog candy just a couple of weeks ago on my blog. Don't do it very often cause it comes out of my own pocket BUT its still fun to share stuff!
While I don't usually enter, I was lucky enough to win a Unity stamp set from a fellow blogger last year. I was thrilled to have won and very appreciative.
I often enter giveaways and have been very fortunate to win several times. My favorites are the Paper Crafts and Moxie Fab blogs, both of which offer VERY generous giveaways (I just recently won the entire new Pink Paislee paper line AND a ton of Christmas goodies).
I rarely enter blog candy but I have won a stamp set from My Cute Stamps, a card and fun random crafty stuff from Jami Bova.
I typically have better luck with contests that have a challenge involved - I've won here from Splitcoast, Taylored Expressions, Jacksonbelle Embellishments and Shimmerz paint.
