I LOVE using DSP on my cards because it can make it looks so good, so easily. Here are a few of my cards that I have used it on:

WT206 Stripey Easter by msbmom2 at Splitcoaststampers

Soft Sympathy by msbmom2 at Splitcoaststampers

Pretty Amazing Stationary Box by msbmom2 at Splitcoaststampers

Country Dreams by msbmom2 at Splitcoaststampers

Hope that gives you a few ideas.

I love DSP too. I like to mix patterns like this Love for Alice and even emboss on it like this Thinking of Stripes card.

But I also like to stamp directly on the paper...like these:

Monchromatic Mustard

Tickled Pink or A Chorus Swine

Or even use the DSP as the image, like the tree in this Not Quite Breezy Snow card.

I look forward to seeing what other have done with DSP too!

I like to use DP with a piece of solid cardstock to ground it. i've linked a couple of cards, and notice how I will put a strip or a section of cardstock beside, or under or above it.

coffee mugs
punched hearts
bella valentine

i would start off not trying to cover the whole card with it, but just a section. good luck!

Paper piecing is a great way to use it -
Pieces of Euphoria, LSC178 by Cook22 at Splitcoaststampers
This one was paper I bought specially for cutting out - WT202 Let the Paper do the Talking by Cook22 at Splitcoaststampers
HCE15, Walk the Dog Day by Cook22 at Splitcoaststampers
I certainly find it helps me to use papers that are already coordinated colour-wise, like using papers from one particular Basic Grey pad. Having said that, I'll mix and match when it works. Choosing the paper for a card first often helps me decide how to colour the stamped image I will be using.

Also, the WT202 challenge was all about jazzing up patterned paper - Forums at Splitcoaststampers - you could check out the link in the first post to the related gallery.

I like to use matching DSP and use a ribbon in between:

Pretty Yellow Sweet & Sassy Sugar Nellie by craftycrunchymama at Splitcoaststampers

Or use it as a background:

Miss Anya the Mall Rat by craftycrunchymama at Splitcoaststampers

Use it as a mat:

Rusty Thank you Card by craftycrunchymama at Splitcoaststampers

Or as inspiration for the image:

Quick and Easy Elegance by craftycrunchymama at Splitcoaststampers

Use it inside of the card:

Adoption card for a friend by craftycrunchymama at Splitcoaststampers

Or use it for the entire card:

Or a cute design element like this awning:

Tina, I don't want to list all of my cards and creations. So I'm leaving a Link to my gallery for you and other's to view.

Most of my cards I use some sort of DSP. because I don't have any background stamps.

And the DSP is so much prettier to use!

Hope you find some inspiration from our Cards and creations.
