Default Please share your favorite make & takes!!!

I was asked to run class for a non-profit group and am having trouble coming up with ideas for easy, "make & take" cards. Everything I've tried seems like it might be too involved. HELP!! Would you mind posting you favs?? It could include retired/retiring sets.
THANKS SO MUCH!!!!

Here is one that went over extremely well with my customers. Lots of retiring stuff on it, though. :(

This are the projects I did at my open house:
Open house project- WEEEEE! by Skittl1321 at Splitcoaststampers
Open house projects- moo by Skittl1321 at Splitcoaststampers
Open house projects- frame by Skittl1321 at Splitcoaststampers

I got real good reviews on them all. Everyone liked the coaster- and doing the faux hinges ahead of time saved a lot of work for the day of the event.

These are two make and takes I did at a demo's event (my first ever stamping)

Thanks for the ideas! Sharleen--Looove yours! I'ill definately use some version of this. Skittl--the coasters are terrific! Great idea! Are the brads on the faux hinges the only thing holding them together??

yep! The brads hold the coaster together perfectly- I've had mine out on display since January with no problem.

I'm having trouble coming up with "easy" things since they look so *plain* to me. When I see something I like I think "Oh, that's easy" but the card ends up having too many steps for what I think the target audience will be able to handle easily. :( Any other suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!!

Default A new technique

I'm a customer, not a demo. When I was part of a Stampin' Up club I really liked to learn a new technique. One that I recall we all had a great time with was Crayon Resist.

One that I love from the Splitcoast challenges is the Heart Pocket Card. It's easy to make but turns out beautifully. See cards in TLC50 gallery

Robyn--thanks for the terrific cards! I will be able to use some of your ideas!
GarnetJ--thanks for the technique suggestion! Since I suspect there will be stamping newbies there I'll do some easier techniques (like stamping off, kissing, masking, ect). I love the heart template!! Thanks a bunch for that one!
