Default Please...save me from embarrassment.

I got this retired set from my demo and I LOVE IT. I was wondering if it is crazy to post a card using a retired set or if you think it would be okay?
This set has been retired for a while now. I don't want to embarrass myself.

Thanks all,
Debbie

I say post it. I just posted a few from retired sets myself. We all have them in our collection & love them. Even demo's work with retired sets for personal use. Can't wait to see your new creation. Kendra

Yes, post it. Some of us have a bunch of retired sets that we will now use for personal use and just not demo. I love seeing what others have done with the sets I own current or retired. Post it! Post it!!

Post it, post it! It might give someone an idea they can swipe and use with a current set. I've got lots of retired sets, maybe your card with be with one I have!

Default Post the darn thing.

We all appretiate great ideas and creativity. Part of what makes this site so great and one I visit frequently, is that it has a gallery filled with retired sets. I often recommend my customers here too, to find ideas for stamp sets they have aquired over time, that I can't get any longer. Chances are, someone else will have that set and maybe needed some updated ideas with it.

So don't be embarrassed. Be proud that you are thrifty enough to still come up with new and exciting ideas with an old set!!!

New Idea... I have so many retired sets that I could use some fresh ideas for. Even if I do not have that set like cardsbyanita said we can possibly use it with another set... POST IT!

Post! Post!
Who cares if it's retired?! Some of my favorites are retired, and I still use them. Guess I just won't be able to demo them!

Go ahead and post it! I love my retired sets and I am not a demo, so can use them as I please! Pinefeather (I believe) posted a few with some of my exact retired sets (one from several years ago) and it just made my day! I was so thrilled! Just do it!
