Default Please help me identify my stamp set

I have a set I was told is called Celebrate...I am not sure if that is the name or not. It is copyrighted 2000. It has the word celebrate that is curved, a balloon, a single candle, a gift , stars and confetti. Can anyone help me identify this set and if it is called celebrate.
