Default Please Help me decide!!

My retirements wants list is WAY too long! I need some help deciding which sets to get. I am not a demo so I sell my creations and I'm looking for versitility too. Help me please!

Snowflakes and Snowflake spot- Do I need both? Will SF Spot work just as well as the SF? They are two very different patterns, but in my head I need them both, for those who have both do you use both? See where I'm going w/this?

Petal prints vs Seaside sketches- I was thinking petal prints, but sketches is so pretty! Do you get a lot of use out of sketches?

Thanks in advance to all those who reply.

Default Help to decide

I don't know if I can be that much help. I have both the petal prints and the seaside sketches, but if I had to decide, there seems to always be pretty flowers stamps to find, but not so many seaside. I love this set, I am sad to see it go. I've made coasters, picture frames and more with it. Hope it helps some.

I prefer the sketches. I have too much trouble with the 2-step stamps. sketches can be colored with ink, crayons, markers, or chalks.

I say both! Honestly, they are SO different and wonderful sets. You need both of them, either snowflake will do but these two sets are special ones, at least in my opinion

I own all but the snowflake spot, although it's on my list...I think for versatility I would vote Snowflakes and Petal Prints, but it depends on what you already have that may be similar. Also, keep in mind, Seaside Sketches you have to color in, some people like to, some don't.

I would say that you DON'T need both Snowflakes and the Snowflake Spot.

I would also say pass on Petal Prints; although I have it and it IS very lovely, you'll probably get more use out of Sketches, because it's more unique. Guaranteed that there will be great flower sets in the new catty!

As a card seller, wouldn't you get more use out of the flower set than the sketch set? I personally like seaside sketches set better but think you'd make a lot more cards with petal prints...JMO.

Also, one set of snowflake stamps is probably enough - go with the one you can see yourself reaching for to make a card...

I couldn't decide about petal prints also, but my demo is having a sale, buy 3 retiring sets and get the 4th free!! How great is that deal? I had to stock up on some sets that I have had my eye on, but haven't gotten, but ended up on the retired list. That sale made it alot easier on my wallet.

If you are focusing on the selling aspect, Petal Prints would probably appeal to a broader audience of buyers.

Thanks everyone! I think I might not get the snowflakes since the Snowflake spot is available, but get both the petal prints and the seaside. Petals is versitile and sketches is unique. Still deciding but think I'll go that way based on everyone's inputs.

I have Snowflake Spot. One of the first ones I bought last year. I love it and I would love to get rid of my Snowflakes set. I hardly ever use it. Snowflake spot is very versatile.

I have both Snowflakes and Snowflake Spot. (My holiday cards have been Snowflake themed for the past two years.)

Snowflakes, I think, is a more formal, maybe even elaborate set. Snowflake Spot is more modern, almost trendy set. (It's a NOW set.)

Ok.
I would normally say both.

However.
I am trying to be more frugal, and am going to help you be the same.

I would say Seaside Sketches (you probably have nothing like this elegant set . . . .) and Snowflakes.

There we go.

Good luck with whatever you chose.
