Default Please convince me....

Why I should join the SCS Fan Club? I realize that I can see the DD's creative work simply by going through their personal galleries -- are there other reasons to join? I would like to, but truly want to know the benefits of joining before I make the financial commitment. Also, is this a yearly membership, or is the cost a one-time thing?

For those of you who are already members, please respond and share your reasons for signing up! Thank you

kimB

Hi. I am not a member but only due to the fact that I've been spending way too much money lately. For that matter I also spend way too much time on this site as it is! LOL! I plan on joining soon. What I wanted to tell you is that you are not seeing "all" the DD member gallery stuff, even if you go into their galleries. The DD stuff is reserved for that gallery only. At least this is what I've been told. From what I hear from all the SCS ladies being a member is well worth it! So maybe soon we will both be new members.

It truly is worth it. I love the themes each month - for example, in June the Dirty Girls hit the dollar store and worked their magic - those ideas alone were well worth the investment! I also feel I'm doing my part to help support the site. I spend lots (TOO MUCH! ) time here and love the wealth of ideas, and I just look at it sort of like a magazine subscription. Take the plunge. I promise you won't regret it!

You might be able to see some of their creations by going through their personal galleries but there's so much good stuff in the DD gallery. And as Dina said, the DD stuff don't show up in the personal galleries

I think of SCS as a subscription to a magazine. For $24.95 a year I get to see the DD gallery each month and I also get to see all the past months. That's like subscribing to a magazine and receiving all the back issues. The creativity of the DD girls is amazing and well worth the investment. They also have half year subscriptions so you could check it out for six months and not renew if you're not satisfied. However, I think satisfaction is guaranteed with the DD gallery!

The major reason I belong is that I get so much from this site and feel that I need to support it. The hours of pleasure, the tons of ideas, the support of other stampers -- priceless!

I registered here over a year ago and didn't log on too often. I'm not sure why. Now I'm here every day and something in my house seems to suffer for my lack of attention. I joined simply because it is a resource I use often and wanted to support it.
