Here is another one. I used to make and sell puppy clothes on Ebay. But can't anymore cause of arthritis. Of course with such a great model I have to make a few for my little girl. She, also, has her own scrapbook but my 8 month old granddaughter still has more scrapbooks.
I didn't know you could stamp or create without pets. My 3.5 lb min-pin is always on my lap whether I am on the computor or stamping. She is my constant companion and inspiration. She has been with me through cancer surgery and chemo. Now she is my stampin buddy since I joined SU. My cat is also with me most times curled up in a corner of my stampin' table waiting for a little attention. I guess just didn't know you could stamp without pets Sandy
Oh my gosh...you little pin is the cutest little thing! I think you're right, I don't know how anybody can stamp without their little critters hanging around putting a smile on our faces! I hope that you're doing okay now and done with chemo. My sister is going on 3 years and still keeping our fingers crossed!

Oh my gosh..I thought I dressed my little critters up...but this one takes the cake!
i STARTED DRESSING HER WHEN SHE WAS TINY CAUSE SHE WAS FREEZING AND I COULDN'T FIND ANYTHING THAT FIT HER WHEN SHE WEIGHED LESS THAN A POUND SO I STARTED MAKING HER PJS AND MY DOGGIE DEIGNING GREW FROM THERE. SHE USUALLY WEARS FLEECE, FLANNEL, OR KNIT ONSIES OR SWEATSHIRTS IN THE WINTER. LIGHT WEIGHT T SHIRTS AND STUFF IN THE SUMMER. sHE SHIVERS ALL THE TIME WITHOUT CLOTHES ON. SHE IS REALLY SKINNYAND ONLY A "LITTLE" SPOILED. SHE THINKS SHE IS A REAL LITTTLE GIRL.

My cats OWN the stampin up box for the next 24 hrs.after I have emptied it of MY goodies Then I throw it out. They wait impatiently for the next box to arrive.
I love this thread! I have a Pom, and a Terri-Pom cross and a kitty, Kitty likes to sit and watch me stamp, the dogs have learned not to lay to close to the chair because I accidentaly run over them, Ares usually lies at my feet and Buddy likes to suck on his stuffed frog's nose.
My Otis loves to lay down by my feet under my desk when I'm stamping. I have to step over him to get my supplies. When he hears the click from me turning off the lamp on my desk, he automatically gets up because he knows I'm through and leaving the room. He follows me everywhere and is my constant companion.
My baby girla Georgia (GSD puppy) knows she is not allowed in the finshed downstairs (cat litterbox crunchies are off limits ya know) so she sits with her butt in the landing and walks her front legs as far down the stairs as she can manage and then stares at me the WHOLE time I stamp. Charlie the cat insists on walking across my inkpads and partcipate by stamping his paws on EVERYTHING!

If I have friends over to stamp though, Chuy (the smallest dog) tries to go through their purses while they are distracted by stamping.

I have three cats and one of them does this!!!! Callie likes to chew and eat (dont' ask) on the tape that seals the SU boxes!! If I'm scrapping they lay on the office chair (same room) and by the heater. . . if I'm on the computer Baby sometimes will lay all over the laptop so i have to pay attention to him!!!
I had a couple of stamping buddies, Sam (Golden/Lab mix) & Jake (Labradoodle). Sam recently passed away, so it was a bit lonely stamping without her. :(
Jake loves to go in my stamping area or really anywhere with me, he’s my shadow! It seems like whenever I’m coloring an image or on the computer Jake pushes his nose up under my arm wanting attention… he’s a cutie and is very spoiled! :p
We have two miniature schnauzers at home, one is ours - Henry, the other is my mom's - Max. We are taking care of Max for my mom for a while. Anyway, only Henry will come up to the 2nd floor where my stamp room is. I am still getting it ready and haven't done much but for now Henry will often just sleep on the cushion on the floor that is there for him or he will lay on the little rug I have in there to play with a toy of his own or he comes up to me and jumps up and wants to be held and cuddled for a while. I have a feeling he is going to start snooping in the garbage for paper items cuz he just loves kleenex out of the bathroom garbage. He is still a baby - 9 mo old so he is still developing that personality. He just loves anything with fringies and paper products.

I have a westie and a poodle and for some reason I think they can tell time. My husband and I eat dinner at 6 p.m. and right before 7 p.m., the two of them are pouncing their feet and moaning to come in to watch Jeopardy. Then after my tv shows are over, they start pointing me to go upstairs to my relaxing chamber where I do my surfing, rubberstamping and scrapbooking. I know they love it just as much as I do because they are either chewing on their rawhide, squeaking toys or just plain catching some zzz's.
What a fun topic! I'll need to read through everyone's stories as I have more time. As for me, one of my kitties has decided that my stamp time is actually his snuggle time. So whenever I go in my craft room and start working on projects he tries to (1) jump on the table and lay on my project/supplies, (2) smacks at my rear end on the chair so I'll let him sit on my lap, or (3) stand on the table and nuzzle my face until I let him on my lap, or he goes back to (1). And if I clear a spot on the table for him he will start there but slowly inch his way across the table until he is on my supplies.
I love the snuggly guy but sheesh, sometimes a girl's gotta stamp! I hate closing the door though because he'll howl non-stop until my project is complete and i open the door.
Your dog sounds exactly like my cat. When I'm sitting at the little desk I sat up for friends, she jumps up on me.. It's the strangest thing!! She doesn't even come by me when I'm at my desk, but she LOVES that spot!
I have a golden retriever that would also fart at stamp camps, BUT only when a certain client came to camp. She would lie right at this lady's feet under the table and pass the gas. But never with any of my other clients. And my client would get really ticked off, because everyone else told her that Busca only did that when she was there. (I must have given her weird foods just before these camps!)

What a neat thread. Love the fur babies and the stories. I have 4 cats. Zenia feels she needs to be in my lap while I'm stamping, Jasper wants to sit at the top of the office chair and pose like a gargoyle. That won't last much longer as he is getting bigger and heavier. Part kitten/part adult. Tonka rubs on my knees wanting me to pick him up and kiss him. It's probably a given that I don't get to stamp much. LOL
