Default A pat on the back for Impress Rubber Stamps

I feel the need to heap praise on Impress Rubber Stamps. I placed an order last Saturday and received it today - all the way from the US to New Zealand in less than a week (and not even Priority Mail either). To top it off, the order came with a lovely handmade 'thank you' card. I'm the one who should be sending the 'thank you' card! "Impressive" service from Impress Rubber Stamps (and their designs are wonderful too!). http://www.impressrubberstamps.com
Just sharing the joy ...! LOL

I agree - they have excellent customer service. I went into one of their stores last Saturday looking for something. When I asked if they had any in stock, they said no, but that they would take my name and call me when it came back in stock. They called me on Monday. I was so impressed with the quick turnaround.

Yes, their stamps are rubber and wood mounted. I am lucky enough to live in Seattle so I can visit their stores in person. I love Impress!

Impress has always been one of my favorite places too! Their main store in Southcenter is spectacular and if anyone is in the Seattle area, try to get there! They have great stamps, high quality, clear images when stamped, wood mounted, love 'em! Their designs are distinctively simple, which is my favorite style. Their displays and samples are great. If you are a fan of the clean and simple look, (CAS) they have it down! I also love all their accessories, bling, packaging, papers, ribbons and a great selection of punches. The best though is their customer service.....they are SO helpful and always have followed up on everything for me.

They also have two smaller stores, one is Bellevue Square and another in University Village. (may be more I am not aware of) I love these places and always stop in, even for just a lookieloo or to get some inspiration.

I am glad that you had a good experience with them. I couldn't agree with you more!

I LOVE Impress! I've ordered from them many times & have visited their store. The employees are sooooo nice! People in Seattle are sooooo lucky!

I bought the "Penguins at Play" at my LSS and just now realized who made them! That's how much I loved the set, I didn't even look to see who made it, I just threw it in my basket!
