I just read Nichole's post on the blog that they won't be releasing Spiral Bouquet until November 15th. I was so in love with that set and couldn't wait to buy it next week, and now we have to wait another month! :( What will I do without it? At least we have the digi-version to play with until the stamp set is released!
Who else is having withdrawals over this?

I am so glad that Nichole caught this in time before thousands of stamp sets went out. I will happily wait an extra month if it means helping them out. I do think that this set is going to be one of my favorites, though.
I understand the reasoning, but I'm bummed about it because that set is so neat. Guess I might have to buy some of the other sets in my shopping cart instead this month. It's a good thing that I've only been buying sets from Paper Trey lately, or my dh might have me on the curb. LOL

I agree. I'm sure it's costing PT enough to have them all remade- imagine if she had shipped them all, and then had to pay to RESHIP them all too.
Between this and "season's geetings" it sure seems to be a typo month. I hate seeing that, I feel so bad at the cost the companies incur to fix everything.
I anxious to see the sneak peaks of the other two sets she has planned for this month. Probably a good thing that only 2 sets are being released. I'm still behind on collecting some of the older sets.

Whose cost it is depends on where in the process the mistake happened. I do this professionally, and usually it is the company's fault, but NOT always. I know when I was in charge of signing off on college class schedules (for which we printed 50,000.... so believe me, it was a big deal), we would get the "blue line" which was the FINAL product.... we'd have to totally sign off on it. After the blue line, any mistakes not directly related to printing, but a content mistake, was our bill to foot. But one time they used the "wrong shade" of our school's color of purple and the president did make them reprint the whole thing. I felt bad because come on, for the cost they had to "eat"... not worth it, but I couldn't override him, or course. But I had to deal with the printers face to face and I felt TERRIBLE, really, really terrible. But that's why it's SO important to go over your final proofs with a fine tooth comb.
I am new to the world of Paper Trey. Where do you get the digikits from??? I don't see them on her site
Thanks
You can download them from the World Card Making Day website. On Nichole's blog, there is a link to get to them and also a great tutorial about using the digi kits. Scroll down until you see the entry about WCMD Contest & New Gallery, and the link is in that post. Enjoy!

I am just glad that the error will be fixed! There was no way I was purchasing a stamp set with grammatical errors in it (my pet peeve)! I can't imagine the cost, but sure am glad they hadn't shipped yet. THAT would have been disastrous.
That set is GORGEOUS! but I am sure the other two released this month will be awesome as well....
so we will just have to be content with these until next month.
I, myself, am having sooo much fun playing with the Believe set still....cannot believe it is time for another release already!
I've been looking at Nichole's sneak peaks and trying to figure out if, I'm going to have to print off one of the downloads everytime I want to use the new stamps? For example, Am I going to have to print off the three tier cake to use the flower stamp? I'm so not understanding the concept this month. I love her stamps, but oh so confused.
Can someone explain the concept to me?
Thanks a bunch.

I got the impression the cake is a stamp in the set. I think the downloads just inspred her designs and can be used with them if you want to. I never got the impression that you had to use them to make the designs she's showing. Just my opinion, though. The mistake set looks really cool - probably a good thing for me that it's not being released until November. I still have to order the Take a Bough set to make my Christmas cards, and I'd probably be tempted to order too much if I liked it. Can't wait to see what the new sets are.

The digital kits were designed first. I then took elements from the kits and turned them into stamps. Each image can be stamped and there is no need for printing from your computer. The digital kits & stamps were just designed with the same likeness, not neccessarily to intermix. Everything will most likely be clarifed further once you see the sets in their entirety! HTH!

Thanks for your clarification Nichole. Sometimes my "Old Lady Disease" kicks in and I just don't think as fast as I used to.
Can't wait to see more of your amazing work.

I really like the latest sneak peak - but where is the current sneak peak? Shouldn't there be a new one today - I just these five days, it is a perfect lead in for endless possibilities.
Nichole posted on her new forum that she is running a little behind on today's post, but is getting close to finalizing it and tomorrow's project. She also said even though today's countdown is late, she is very hopeful that she can post the last one at midnight as usual.
New Papertrey sneak peek is up! That looks like a lot of work to get that done and photographed. No wonder it took her so long today. Thanks Nichole, this set is awesome!
