I have ordered several times on Sunday nights, and have received my orders on the following Wednesday. They have wonderful service!

They do ship fast and their customer service is excellent! My orders usually ship within 2 days.
Except for the 15th of every month. THis is their release date and order then can take 2-5 days to ship.
But they are still fast at shipping.
I ordered a HUGE order early Monday morning (around 8:00 EST, couldn't stay up for the midnight release, LOL) and I received it yesterday. I thought that was pretty good turnaround, considering the volume of orders I'm sure they had. Keep in mind, you may or may not get a shipping notice (I didn't this time, but did last time). It's like getting a PTI surprise in the mail!
Don't worry, you'll get it soon and you'll fall in love!
I placed my order on release night. My box arrived UPS yesterday. The new sets are fabulous. Can't wait to explore the possibilities!
I'm always impressed with how quickly PTI orders are filled and shipped. Any wait time is too long when it comes to getting my hands on all those amazing stamps. Hope your goodies arrive soon...ENJOY!
I live in Hawaii and just got my order in today from release night. I've already inked up the Violets stamp set and made a card with Through the Trees (I decided to wait on this stamp set so it could count towards the new Anniversary set total). I LOVE PTI!
BTW - This is the longest I've had to wait for my shipment but I expected it to take longer because of release night. I was starting to get worried tho'� Hope your package gets in soon!

Congrats on your first PTI order! If I order at a non-release time, the order usually ships the next business day. During release week, though, their web site says there can be a 2-5 day delay in shipping due to the increased number of orders.
I ordered on release night and got a notice on the 16th that my order has shipped. It was due to be delivered on monday 2/22, but UPS has rescheduled it to 2/24. OHHHHH, that's today, Yeah! Don't know if UPS is having some problems from weather, but I heard of others being rescheduled, as well. Might be west coast deliveries???
Quick shipping for me always. Love PTI paper. Once you use it...you will be hooked from now on. The card I posted yesterday used the Kraft and White from PTI. Love it, Love it...Love it!!!
I was going to place an order but 3 of the things I want are out of stock. Hard to wait but will try again in a week or so. Just love these products.

I absolutely LOVE PTI. They have great products and their customer service is awesome. I ordered a bunch of stuff on Saturday and it's supposed to be here today. Woo hoo! Hope the box comes before hubby gets home, lol.
