Default Papercrafting on HSN -Tonight and tomorrow!

Papercrafting on HSN starting 11:00 central tonight, and off and on tomorrow all day.

They have a neat Today's Special - a mini die cutting machine, complete with dies by Crafter's Companion.

Also, later they will have Anna Griffin.

How do you think the folders would hold up for the die cutting? They appear to be fairly thin, so they would have to be reordered frequently I would think. The embossing should not be a problem, just wondering about the thin cutting folders.

I wondered that too. It looked like it was curling a bit when she was using it.

And I wonder where these can be ordered. Are there any craft stores that carry Crafter's Companion products? If not, the shipping might be higher than the price for the cutting folders!

I think they were originally a company in the UK, but they have a US website:

Welcome to Crafter's Companion - Award winning products by an award winning company

They are saying on HSN that the Die machine will not be available at retail until July though.

Thank you for the website. Unfortunately, nothing is listed there yet since it won't be available until July. Also, not much info on the shipping unless you spend $50. However, that might be easy to do! I assume they might offer these cutting folders on HSN later, but cannot find them now.

That was what I thought too, ended up resisting temptation, so proud! It seemed so small, but then I guess that's the point. It was cute, but I thought of all the extra expense of the little dies to fit through...... For what I do, I just wouldn't get enough use out of it.

Last year I got the glitter markers when they came out, loved the fact they came in cases too! They're pretty good, work like Wink of Stella, and each set has two clear ones, which are the ones I seem to use the most. If you got those, I think you'll be happy with them. I'm such a sucker for markers, pens, paints, I love to color!!!!!

I ordered 2 sets of Crafter's Companion card dies. I hope they have directions available online for making all those gorgeous cards Sarah Davies was showing. I know one set comes with a DVD, but I don't think the other one does. Maybe the packaging will include URLs for videos. I got a great deal!

I watched last night and I lovelovelove Anna Griffin's ivory and gold Cuttlebug. Very reasonable price. If I didn't have a CG and a BigShot I would have ordered. I remember when Anna used to make stamps--does she still do that?

She does still make stamp sets, but not so many as she used to. She seems to be more into die cuts and card kits, which are quite lovely. Here is a set that I almost bought during the show. I may still get it:

On the last demonstration of the day, Sara said the cutting folders will always be available on HSN. I searched a few times for them and after hearing that I finally found them.

I used Diamond Press in the search field.

It didnt even last 3 months. It was pretty but after v1 they just are not made as tough. Not sure what they changed...perhaps more plastic parts? Anyway, pretty but didnt last...!

If you need help finding the directions, let me know. I am on the Crafter's Companion Inspiration team and can ask one of the leaders where to find them!!

I really wanted one of those Diamond Press machines, but I need another die cutting machine like I need a hole in my head! Even my husband thought it was cool. I think Sara Davies could sell snow to an eskimo! LOL

With my luck they would be out of stock when I needed them so I purchased 2 more of the packages of refills for die cutting.

I would love the directions too! I ordered 2 sets as well, and I was hoping there would be a DVD to go along with them, like there is for the Ultimate and the Score Boards.
