i use magazine holders for my 8 1/2 x 11 card stock
i don't use a LOT of patterned paper, i have a couple paper storage boxes that i picked up at hobby lobby. they are made of sturdy plastic and stack very nicely.
I keep mine in labeled vertical paper holders from cropper hopper. (you can also get them from SU; I waited for a 40% sale from JoAnns online). The vertical paper holders are in a closet without doors in my stamp room so I can easily see the the colors and select a piece of cs. It keeps me from over buying cs.
if you mean mine--no--they only hold 8 x 11. But, I know there are hanging files made for 12 x12, but I do not have any. I use the Cropper Hopper plastic stand up files that are like the magazine holders others are talking about.
I have 2 plastic file tubs that I use. One has hanging files in it where I keep about 10 sheets of each SU colour, and 20 sheets of each SU neutral, as well as the fancy paper, like shimmery white, and silver, etc. The other bin doesn't have folders in it, but I use it for my 'overstock' - that's where the actual packages of paper go until I need to restock my files. I used to be a demo, so I used to go through a lot of cardstock. Now I sell my cards, so I still go through a lot! Hence the double duty filing system! I have all the folders labeled, and they are arranged alphabetically within their families. It works wonders for me, and it keeps the paper out of the light and dust because the tubs have lids. I can easily take it to crops with me, and it's protected from all the dog hair flying around my house!!!! :-D
- Now if I could only find some sort of similar storage for my 12x12!!!!
I also have mine in hanging file folder box with attached hinged lids. It sits under my stamp table for easy access. If you go the hanging file folder route, I also recommend cutting using a little piece of the card stock to put in the label holder instead of using the ones provided. I also put my card stock in multi-page page protectors with the name written at the top with a Sharpie marker.
