Paper piercing & paerchment card making

Could someone that does parchment card making and paper piercing help me?::confused: . I do not know were to start.I have a number of brass stencils but do not know how to use them with the parchment paper. Any one that could help me, I would appreciate it very much,

I am not sure of the terms. I think the parchment and piercing is called Pergamano. Other paper piercing is sometimes called Ornare. But I might be wrong on both.
