One I didn't see listed is Our Daily Bread Designs which is so fast it's like they have ESP and know what you're ordering and get it in the mail before you press "send." Beautiful creations and also have dies to match some of their stamps.
If you're a Becca Feeken fan (and who isn't amazed by her creativity?), she now has her own line of stamps and a kit program through JustRite under her logo of Amazing Paper Grace.
I've ordered many times from Amber at Chick and Savvy. She has been so helpful and friendly and gave me one on one attention when I had questions. If you're ordering dies the shipping is free. She gives a bit of a discount on your order also. And has included a little surprise in my order every time. Thanks Amber. Chic and Savvy Crafters Home Page
I use Oozak for Copics, great service and the ability to buy individual Copics, not just sets. Ellen Hutson, Gina K ans Scor Pal always have wonderful service. Have never had a problem with Simon Says.
Frantic Stamper has so many papers, stamps, buttons, etc - you name it! It is my go- to online store. It's already so busy I'm reluctant to share the name! Fabulous service and variety of goodies!
This is my vote, too. You are dealing with very nice people that sell products from nearly every company. I use her all the time. Since I live only about 70 miles away, if I'm headed that way, I can go by and pick it up and save shipping. Her site is set up so you can see things easily. She ships everywhere! I also use Cut@Home one a month to buy one product with their coupon. Pay Pal is great. I highly recommend it.
I love the breakdown you've provided, Sophie! Makes knowing where to go for what, so much easier. I order from Joann's all the time - super quick, no problems. Also Gina K, Sizzix, Cricutmachine.com, Marco's - great for glossy paper, Cut at Home, DRS and more. I'll be branching out based on everyone's comments here - that's not necessary a good thing - lol.

I'd like to add to the side discussion about credit cards and paypal. I swear by Paypal. Best invention since the silent keyboard *grin*. On a second note - most banks will allow you to create a free small, second (third?) checking account. I use this for sites that don't use paypal. I leave a small amount of money in that account ($100) and no one gets the numbers to my main account. It's both a checking account AND a debit card. It has also been much easier keeping track of my spending (okay ... screaming when I see what I've spent since it's all in one place now.) Also - I hooked the paypal account up to THAT card.
Agree with Dianeinsparks - 1-2-3 Stitch is not well known - but great deals, great regular pricing and super customer service. Have only had the best service from PTI. Has anyone mentioned Sweet Stamps? So many great sites online. A cautionary note: 7 Kids - just went thru a 4 month run around with their customer service, and for 12 of those weeks didn't think there was anyone in the c.s. dept.!!
i have used pti, they have things i cannot find other places. i love love love their very heavy kraft cardstock. it does however take too long to receive your items.
oh i love online shopping. I have never really had any big problems with PTI but havent ordered from them for about a year.
I like buying from different stores each time ;)
I've ordered every month from PTI for several years now and have NEVER had any problems. My order has always arrived in 5-7 days. Their products are the best! Ellen Hutson is a place I shop frequently also. Also would recommend ScrapbookPal.com and Oozak. Have ordered a few times from My Favorite Things.
I love Joann.com because they ship to Hawaii on their free shipping offers. I have had very good service from creativeplaystamps.com and scrapbooking-warehouse.com. Scrapbooking-warehouse.com does not have free shipping but is reasonable. Many sites charge more shipping than the items cost to Hawaii. I am watching ucutathome.com because a friend uses them and says they are very good. I have ordered from Amazon.com if the item has free shipping. Until ordering Project Life I had quick service, but they were a hot mess shipping out my first Core Kit.
Oozak has the BEST customer service Hands Down! Free shipping on orders over $50...I have ordered copics/other stuff every payday for years. My order is always just enough to meat the free shipping criteria. NEVER once have I had a problem and ALWAYS receive my orders w/in 1-2 days.
Gina K. is awesome too. Free shipping on order over $50
PTI...Well I have ordered every month since they started and only have had a problem once. It was resolved. They are a bit slower on shipping but things are packaged very well.
Ellen Hutson is awesome too, But you do have to pay shipping on orders under $150.
Simon Says Stamp. I have ordered a hand full of times and have had issues twice.
MTF is also fantastic. Never have had a problem.
All That Scraps have been great too.
I will NEVER order from Custom Crops again. Problems every time.
Love Stampin Up
Love Close to My Heart
Stamps Alive! have worked great for me as well I use her for all my Spellbinder needs.
JoAnn and Overstock are ok...I really do not like their "Smart-Post" Shipping b/c it take over 2 weeks for me to receive my orders.
I've been with SU! over 4.5 years now and I'm so pleased with the shipping times in the last year or so! RARELY does my order not ship that day (or the next day as I love to shop late at night/early in the morn) and if you choose a demo, you can just talk to them if you have any problems whatsoever and they will act as your customer service rep to the company! (Of course, contact a demo first to see what kind of response you get before choosing them as I know some demos don't always follow up on their leads for various reasons.) I also live in a town with very little selection and so SU! has provided me a great way of getting products quickly (and at a discount if you sign up to be a demo too). Good luck to you!!! Many of us know the feeling - have you connected with other crafters in your town? If you can borrow/share items, it won't be as big of a deal that there aren't stores in your area if you can "shop" from each other. I know my upline and I do this a lot - she borrows stamps or dies that she doesn't have from me and I do the same!
I have always had great service from PTI...never any problems. Customer service is great, too. They even helped me recover a gift code that I had inadvertently deleted. Also had great service from Archiver's On Line and Rubber Stamp Tapestry. As others have mentioned, Ellen
Hutson provides great service as well. Even spoke directly to Ellen one time about something
that didn't come in my order, and she was horrified! Went immediately to the warehouse to
check, called me back and I had my item in a couple of days. Can't ask for more than that!
After Stampin UP, I would have to say I have had the best service from JoAnn and Scrapbook.com. I used to order from Oh My Crafts all the time, but for the past year they NEVER have what I want in stock! They have awesome coupons and sales, but it is so frustrating that they never have anything in stock. But for cardstock, ink pads, ribbons, stamps....I am loyal to Stampin Up. Their quality is beyond perfect, everything matches and coordinates so well, and..............my daughter is an SU consultant!!!!! I do like stamps from other companies too and that is why I shop these other places.

Oozak has been great to work with, orders completed quickest of any vendor I've purchased from and the prices are discounted all the time not just during sales which is a big plus for me. Great communication and updates throughout the entire order processing. My first order was ready, I swear within 5 minutes of my placing the order! The order from the middle of the night this week was ready the next morning.
When I emailed with questions before my first order, the owner Rusty answered right away. On the site I can shop and create a wish list for future purchases at future dates so I don't have to remember what I want. If Oozak is out of something I click notify and I get an email telling me when something is in stock. (Which lead to the middle of the night check of email, an "oh my.... I have to order those metallic distress stains NOW" and what the heck--a few more things, LOL). Bottom line is that the site has nice features I appreciate.
I am especially lucky as I live in Kalamazoo and can do a pickup (Oozak is in a neighboring suburb). If it hadn't been for this group I wouldn't have known about Oozak since there currently isn't a storefront. My thanks to those who mentioned them in prior posts!
I've ordered from Ellen Hutson this summer and had great service from her site, quick shipping and well packaged. I will also be ordering from her in the future for some things she has but Oozak doesn't.
I've also ordered from Joann's many times but service seems to be a bit off and on and to get a good price I have to wait for sales. The local Joann's doesn't have the stamp and ink related things I want. The regional place that my orders comes from is Grand Rapids, MI (about 50 miles north of me) and the last order (during a sale, so that needs to be considered) took almost a week to fill then it shipped everywhere around the state before it came to my home. It went about 30 miles east, sat around for a while in the Fedex location, then shipped to Kalamazoo where the Fedex package was then given to a post office to deliver but it wasn't the post office that services my home so the post office sent it to Grand Rapids to be resorted (post office consolidation of services not so great idea), then back to Kalamazoo and to my house. It took a week of traveling in circles to get 50 miles south to my house. So now I've waited 2 weeks for the order. That's when I started to look for different vendor options and discovered Oozak from posts through here.

Just logged on and registered at Oozak. It takes my browser forever to bring pages up. Is it that slow for you too?? Taking about 20-30 seconds. This is the only site I've ever had a problem with. Thanks. (Love their items!)
I've had really great experiences with a few that I didn't see mentioned here:
Hambo Stamps has some adorable stamps and shipped super-quick when I ordered. Unity also ships quickly with great customer service. And one of my personal favorites is River City Rubber Works.
I also have found great deals on the buy/sell/trade boards here and on Ebay.
I do a lot of online shopping and have had very few bad experiences, and the excitement of getting a stamping package in the mail makes my day every time!
Sounds like way too long. I use chrome on a pc. On the ipad I tried both safari and chrome. Both load fast. I even tried a different page i hadnt been on yet in oozak to make it wasn't just loading from cache.
Maybe try to clear the cach and history on your computer, sometimes that helps when it seems to be slow. I also noticed yesterday I had trouble with other sites, turned out my computer was downloading software updates and that bogged things down.
If you want cd or dvd cases to store your dies tapeonline.com is fantastic with their prices (.88 per per large case) and delivery time. I love all the sites mentioned above esp. Joann's for general stuff but we still need those independent on line stores that have what "we reallllly want" in the way of dies and stamps and specialty items. All the stores in our area in Michigan are closed that I used to frequent so I am really thankful for places like Gina K., Waltzingmouse Stamps, JustRite, Crafty Secrets, Scrapyland, and on and on. This should about do it. Loved this thread to help me find the best place to buy Copics, too! By the way, I never had any trouble ordering from PTI. Maybe it is just one employee that messes up that causes the problems with PTI which makes them look bad. Oftentimes it only takes one to do that.

I thought Crafty Secrets went out of business. There was a big notice about it quite some time ago. I was sad that I didn't have the money for a few of their sets I had wanted forever. This is a happy turn of events!

No, not out of business... just transferring to all digital. They'll wait until all their stamp sets are sold and won't make anymore - then it'll be just digital. Actually, everything is on sale right now!!
I've never ordered from sweetstamps.com but I will. I met them at a convention. One of my friends had an issue with her purchase, and they not only resolved the problem, but did it with such graciousness that I was blown away. I image that their online customer would be great also.
