My co worker is having a bridal shower for her friend and has asked me to make the invitations. She wants samples of different ones to choose from tomorrow. These are the colors she wanted. Suggestions and constructive criticism are welcome. Which one would you choose if any? Thanks,
I LOVE both the pocket invites. If I HAD to choose one it would be the green one. I would be floored if I were to receive an invite like this to a shower. I might even feel compeled to buy a nicer than usual gift ; )

The middle one is just Beautiful!! I vote for that one!!

I'm a sucker for ribbon/trims. #2
they are all beautiful! If your bride is has more contemporary styling, go with #1. If she's more of a romantic, go with #2.
ok let's be practical.. are they for love or money? are you getting PAID and did you price and TIME out each one?? It looks from here like one might take more time but two might take more expensive ingredients(not sure how much that ribbon and embossed paper costs and cant tell if the flowers are part of the paper or each stamped and colored. so add THAT to the pricing. Three is also lovely but i think we were so WOWed by the first two that three was just "oh an invitation... " Love the wedding shower with the eyelet idea.
if you are getting paid what you are worth and for all your supplies I like number two. if you are "donating" then consider the cost and the time and how many you have to make? Three samples might be fun but are you free handing or cutting the :wave in number one
or pounding the eyelet each time in number three and that is double punching for each "wedding " and shower" which is a lot of wrist wear and tear for a big shower..
(also ask if she is PAYING) if she is interested in matching thank you notes...
and i wrote this on another thread
do NOT underprice yourself
your hair dresser doesn't blink at charging x for her minutes of work and you TIP her!
I will be getting paid. I will ask for more if she picks the one in the middle as my costs are higher. The tags in #3 are cut with a sizzix and put together with a brad so I didn't have to do any pounding. The flowers are on the embossed paper. The one in the middle is less work than the other two. I will ask about thank you notes and I was thinking of covering a journal to match for all her friends at the shower to write in. Thanks for everyones input. I appreciate it.

I like the middle one. I also like the first one, but I'm also thinking about the practicality of what you would put on each tag. It seems to me that having one tag to pull out (like in the second design) would make more sense, since you will have to put the invitation information somewhere.
i like the first one. such aneat idea for a shower. will you be putting the shower info on the tags....if so i think i might be caseing this idea for an upcoming bridal shower for my friend.
I like the middle one the best. I can't figure out why you would want two pull out things with info. I think someone else said something about this as well. They are all GREAT, though!

I just have to say that you do lovely work. I really like all three of your cards. My vote is for card #2. I opened it and my mouth dropped open (good thing there aren't any flies around here). I thought to myself "I wonder if she'd make one of these for me if I paid for it". LOL...
I scrolled a long way to find someone who "agreed" with me ! lol I really like number 3 the best. Think though if I were making it I would use a more subtle stiped paper or maybe a soft floral instead of the green stripe. I adore all kinds of flowers.
All three are very beautiful, I think the one with 'celebrate' across the bottom is my second favorite.
Good luck and don't under-price yourself ! I have a bad habit of doing that !
WOWSERS!!! Those are really nice! My favorite is the middle one, it's so elegant, and if you say it's less work, then even better! Good Luck! Hope you get paid LOTS of BIG MOOLA!!!!
