I'd like to suggest adding the following code (OLC) to all the one layer cards that many people have been tracking. If everyone adds this to their one layer card, we can search for OLC in the gallery, similar to how we do the other challenge codes.
I think that's a great idea. I love seeing and contributing to these "OLC" threads and would love to be able to easily seach the gallery for such cards.
Wonderful idea! I've been feeling like making a one-layer card is almost becoming a no-no with stampers. There are so many things you can do with single layers though. Also, I love embellies, but I also like cards without any 3D embellishments.

I almost think one layer cards are harder to make these days, especially with all of the cute embellishments and papers out there. There aren't any do-overs when you only have one layer...
I would LOVE to see more OLCs. Some of the ones I see in the gallery are absolutely drop-dead gorgeous but there'w no way I'm going to make much send one like those.
I have one one layer card in my gallery. I changed the keywords to OLC.
Here it is if you would like to see it.....the change probably hasn't been made yet but I put it in keywords.
great idea and very practical! I'm getting ready to download some pictures of OLC valentines done at a Valentine stamp class I had today (we also made the Target mailboxes so they had something to put their valentines in!) and I will definitely label them as OLC and OSU. Jan
Great idea, Marie! The librarian in me likes keywords and specific searches! I've added the new keyword to my one layer cards but will have to wait til Monday to see them appear in the search as my edits aren't showing up (because it's Sunday I guess).
If you enter OSU for a gallery search you will get 24 projects about OSU - Ohio State University. If a keyword is going to be useful it needs to be unique.
Today's Limited Supply challenge is one layer cards. It was suggested in the thread to put your OLC in the keywords. That might help pull up more one layer cards for you guys. Thought I would post that info for you.... Have a great day.

I just finished one and it's a rare thing for me, I need to do more of that so my card making doesn't consume so much time!
I feel comfortable calling it OLC but I'm not so sure it's really "clean and simple". That has a different meaning to me. This one seems too frilly for the second category.
I love One Layer Cards. I think they can be simply gorgeous. Great idea making them easy to find!
