I hate to tell you, I ordered mine then and received them the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. You really should have had them by now. Both myself and a friend of mine ordered them around that time and we both had them the same Wednesday. Sorry you don't have yours yet.
ETA ~ my order was actually placed on October 28th, my friends must have been the 29th. Like I said, we've had ours for over a month.
I had a customer order hers the end of September and they finally arrived two weeks ago. I wonder if the border has anything to do with them taking longer to arrive. When your demo gets back, ask her to 'jog' SU!'s memory about them. Sometimes being a squeaky wheel helps.
I had 3 sets backordered from 10/12 that I finally received last Friday for one of my hostesses. The ones we were waiting for were 2 boxes of Bold Brights and 1 box of Rich Regals.
Hope you get them soon (or your demo gets back soon so she can find out what's up!).

I had a workshop on NOvember 6th. Several people ordered EE spots and BB spots. They had theirs well before Thanksgiving. I don't know if new orders were shipped before backorders (not really right). I do know that the Demo website is not showing any spots on backorder at this time. If you have your receipt, my suggestion to you would be to call 1-800-STAMP UP and ask if they can see the status of the order. I would explain that you demo is out of town for the holidays and you were just getting concerned. The worst thing they can do is tell you to wait for the demo to get back, and you are in no worse shape than now.
The Spots are no longer backordered. When your Demo gets back ask her to check on it for you. It could just be a computer error and your Spots could be stuck in the system. Your Demo has to report it so that they will go in and get them unstuck (very technical term :lol.
