Default Nice Experience With Technique Junkies/Upcoming Sale Info

I've never purchased from Technique Junkies (TJ) before but they were the only company I could find that had a background stamp the closest to what I need for a project so on Thursday evening I placed an order for 2 Christmas and 1 Halloween backgrounds. I got the usual confirmation e-mail and payment e-mail from Paypal. On Friday I received an e-mail from Pat Huntoon, TJ, asking me if it was ok if they held my order until Monday because they were going to place ALL Christmas stamps on sale for 20% off starting Sunday and they would give me the sale price and process a refund.

That comes out to just about $5.00 but that's $5.00 more I can spend again, lol.

I'm really impressed with that kind of Customer Service and wanted to share! (Pat also said in the e-mail that there will be no coupon needed for the sale)

*I am not affiliated with TJ in any way other than being a customer and am not trying to influence your buying habits - I just wanted to share a good experience with a stamp company and give you a heads-up on a sale.

Very nice. Too many times I have seen stuff go on sale as it arrives on my doorstep.I will look at their site and add it to places to shop.

I had a good experience with Technique Junkies as well. I bought several of their stamps at a show. I was having problems stamping with two of them and ask for suggestions for ink, etc. She ended up replacing both stamps and they work very well.

Thumbs up

Technique Junkies has some of the most unusual & distinctive stamps! If you get a chance to visit her booth at stamp/scrap conventions, do it! (But be prepared to love some 'finds'! ;) I agree ... have ordered as well, and Pat's customer service is definitely top-notch!
