New Year's Eve 7:00 - Chasing the Blues Away
For many parts of the U.S. and Canada, January can be rather gloomy. Let's chase those blues away. Make a card WITHOUT any BLUE on it to cheer someone up this month. Maybe someone will be stressed at work, depressed about a New Year's resolution, or just plain blue. Let's send some cheer!
* Remember, if you want to share this weekend, please use the attachment thumbnail feature. Let's wait for uploads til Monday. (Directions can be found in the original Rockin' & Stampin' New Year's thread.) NEW: WHEN UPLOADING ON MONDAY, PLEASE PUT NYEC7 IN THE KEYWORD BOX!
** Because of a dream I had about my interent going down right before we were to start, I'm posting a few minutes early :o Stampinsusie's internet service did go down today, but she's back up and running

Any sentiment that would go along with the theme of cheering up... Happy Hello, Thinking of You, Friends are the Best... It's pretty open.

For uploading them to the gallery on Monday... Good question. What does everyone think of this.... For all of the cards done tonight and tomorrow for these challenges, How about putting simply "New Year's Challenge" in the keyword box? What do you think?

to be able to look at them all together they would have to be newyearschallenge or NYC7 (new years challenge 7pm and so on). i love to look at all the challenges together, but i'm weird like that.....

I can't upload mine! I've been trying for 15 minutes! Everything I try from "Manage Attachments" says it's too big! From jpg to tif, everything!! I've tried lowering the quality too. :-(

Susan - you have to resize your picture to 640 X 480. Any bigger and it won't let you upload.

New Year's 7:00
I am in awe of the cards I've already seen posted. I received this set in the mail today - Fluffles the Cat from Stampendous. It is a set of 23 stamps for all occasions. Really a cute set.
Dina
(Hopefully the thumbnail will work - fingers crossed!)

I used Esspress Yourself with close to cocoa, sage shadow and barely banana with a touch of perfect plum. I'll try uploading on Monday.

Kristin,
I've been trying to resist the houndstooth background stamp - but you've made it even more difficult to resist. That looks awesome!!!
