Glad to help. I'm enjoying helping you and the others with questions ... and I think the other demos on this thread are too.
Totally agree, you are ALL very helpful & nice ;)
See, I have only joined SCS for about a month, I already have 100+ post, it all because of you -all the wonderful ladies in SCS, so happy that I joined
I'm in the same boat--I signed up in August and had the same question, so I called SU demo support and they said that our first FULL quarter ends Dec 31, but any sales we make between now and the beginning of their regular quarter (Oct 1), also counts toward that amount. Am I making sense?? We have from the time we sign up until Dec 31 to meet our quota. HTH

I guess I'm not the only one who saw the promo worded differently. There is a discussion about it on Stampin' Discuss... I hate it when SU goes back and changes the original promo blurb instead of putting a correction blurb out there... if I hadn't seen this thread, I would have still been under the impression you had to spend $60 to get two discounted sets, $90 to get 3, etc....

So it's spend $30 and buy as many of the sale sets as you wish? Sweet!
My "Starter Kit Order Form" may be outdated. Are the recommended stamp sets:
Heartfelt Thanks
Greetings Galore

What is "Watercolor Joy Wheel"?
Thanks for your help! :p
Nope - your form is outdated. Your demo needs to download a new form from the website for you. Make sure you keep a copy of what you send in.
The date at the bottom of the form should be 06/07 or something close to that. Any earlier, and it's outdated.
SU! requires that you send in a current form.

If "Quick Thinking" is no longer offered, did another set replace that? Also, are these still the recommended ink pad colors? I wont' be able to get another form until Monday but would like to have my order ready to save time.

Brilliant Blue
Green Galore

unless SU changes it yet again without "telling" us.... last I looked, you only had to buy $60 in order to get two of the SAME discounted set.... but could get all 6 for only spending $30....
YES! Isn't that great?!? We get the $30 required purchased for a discount (so $24) AND the special sets for a discount!
So I just want to make sure I understand how these specials work for demos. We buy $30 worth of stuff for $24, then we get one or all of the September Special sets for 30% plus 20% off? (So Autumn Fest would be $13.42?)
Sorry, I'm a little slow figuring some of these things out.
You put $30 of "stuff" on your order.
You add one (or six different) Fall Frenzy sets - eg. Autumn Fest for 16.77
You pay s/h on 46.77 which is 4.68
You pay taxes on 46.77+4.68 or 51.45.
Assume taxes are 7%, add on 3.60 to get 55.05
Now - subtract 20% of the merchandise cost (46.77) which is 9.35
Your total to pay is 55.05 - 9.35, or 45.70
I just did my paperwork last night and my upline is sending it in! I got Earth Elements Inks for my free family and I changed most of the selections for my starter kit.

Got the math?
Thanks Gail! I think I got it now. Math never was my strongest subject.

Wow, I didn't know that you have to pay tax for shipping too:(

Now I just have to be patient and wait.....
Gigi
Gigi,
You probably wont have to wait long. I know, waiting for fun stuff never comes fast enough. But I gotta hand it to them, they work pretty fast. I sent in my papers a week ago and within 3 days I had my password and demo number and the next day I received my confirmation for delivery.
Im gonna be waiting for the UPS guy by the door tomorrow!!

It's not that SU changed the promo-- but that they clarified the wording they used... to our benefit! The way it was worded before the clarification, it looked like it could be only one set with a $30 purchase, or it could be all six sets with a $30 purchase. SU clarified the update so that it is definitely any, some, or all six sets with each $30 purchase.
