Just curious what companies will do this year due to Covid, supply chain interruptions, no Creativation, etc... Will they will release new things or stick with what they already have for now. Also how will they get the news out so that consumers can decide if they want to purchase and be on the lookout to make those purchases.
Interesting but I would think that will be for the industry. Still wondering how we consumers will find out what is going to be available in 2021. Maybe they will have a link page to various companies premiere videos, etc.
Honestly though I'm more curious just how much new will be offered this year
Nothing stops companies from doing their release without having to pay a huge fee and truck all their product across the country! Trade shows are a nice platform, but a big investment for small companies. I think all our ears are up waiting for new product videos and releases, so watch the websites and pages of your favorites. I'm seeing 'virtual trade show' posts here and there - I watched one yesterday from a jewelry company who is sending their new product release to stores, and then joining them splitscreen for live unboxing videos and a project demo. I love that idea!
If nothing else good has come from this pandemic, it has really brought out the creativity of not only consumers and users of products, but also that of the companies and store owners themselves. The owner of the store where I shop in person has been doing Facebook Live classes,, previews, demos, and now has an online shop as well.
