Nice Neighborhood is a really cute stamp set from Clear Dollar Stamps. That company also has some individual house stamps that are really reasonably priced.
I like this one ... well I like the others too but I want an image that does not look like a house or an apartment building.
TFS the site ... have you placed an order (to give an opinion on customer service, shipping etc.)?

I have placed an order from them (I got Wild Birthday). They are located in Canada and I think it took about 7 days for the stamps to get to me here in the US. I would say they have great customer service. Because they are a new company and there isn't really anyone that can attest to the quality of the stamps, etc. I sent the owner an email and she responded very promptly. If you are familiar with the rubber Pink Cat Studio uses - it's the same quality. My bet is they use the same manufacturer.
