I don't even purchase In-Colors anymore. I did once or twice, but I hate getting hooked on a color that I know I won't be able to find (except on ebay for who knows how much!) in a year. They have had some really pretty ones, but I just can't afford to invest money in something that for sure won't be around 12 months later. I'm kind of strange - I don't like having the ink if I don't have the paper and vice-versa. I did really like the pink pirouette - was a beautiful shade - and the soft sky as well.
*sigh* If I had all the money I wanted then maybe I could consider buying them! Anymore the most I do is maybe order the d.p. in my favs.

Michelle, I agree with you on that. I don't get the inks anymore either, (I did get kiwi kiss because I just love that color) but I do get the papers. Most of the images I use are outline, and I don't use SU coloring mediums. I do love to get the papers for a fresh look. Once in a while I wished I had the matching inks for the sentiment, but then I just used black ink instead and that is a good alternative.

I only have the six in-color pads with wild wasabi, soft sky, river rock, etc. because I had a party in the summer and she offered the six in-color ink pads as an incentive. I usually don't buy into the in-colors, but still wish I'd gotten buckaroo blue or blue bayou. I did get the ink, reinker for cool caribbean. I don't go through lots of paper. I still have half of my only pack of cool caribbean! I do plan to get two packs of baja and the ink. Debating on pink piroeutte. REally want that but not sure if I'll dive in. Haven't yet, so why now??? hmmmm....have just gotten to like it so much more than pretty in pink.

I'd like a minty green. Someone said the mint they had a few years ago was not pretty. I wasn't into stamping then but did see the color and liked it. Maybe a lighter version of groovy guava. If it's like musk melon. I doubt they'd go with that so soon after gg but it was popular. Won't be long now before we get to see!
Does anything here sound like a green shade? I know I am so going to miss kiwi kiss.
There was a rumor/leak a while ago online and it was this entire list with the exception of Merry Moments, instead of that there was a color called "Bermuda Bay (teal)" was how the leaker wrote it...
I hope that one is true because I love EVERY shade of blue-green out there.

Ooooohhhh. Bermuda Bay sounds like a great color! I hope that leak is right. I thought Merry Moments sounded too Christmasy for the rest of the rumored colors.
Merry Moments is listed in the list in the Paper Crafts Magazine though.
The text under the photo reads (assorted patterns from Certainly Celery, Crushed Curry, Dusty Durango, Merry Moments, Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, Razzleberry Lemonade, So Saffron Designer Series collection)
Maybe Merry Moments is the name of a patterned paper, not an In Color
I didn't used to buy the In Colors unless there was a shade I loved. Last year when SU offered the special if you bought the whole shebang, I bought it and I am so glad! I didn't like Tangerine Tango in the catty, but in person it was much prettier and I have used it more than I ever thought I would. I was anticipating having ALL of it left!
I have used the In Colors pretty consistently and find it makes a fresh change to the standard colors and inspires me. Plus, since so many of the designer papers match the In Colors it helps me not hoard my DP! That said, we will have to see if I feel the same about the new colors this year. Can't wait to see them! How many more days....?
Well, I got the magazine myself. It definitely lists one of the colours as Razzleberry Lemonade. I was wondering could that be that slightly greenisnh - yellow - look darker colour than so saffron, and the dust durango might beH be the darker mustardy colour?
I'm hoping that Merry Moments is that nice bright cheerful slightly to the pink red. It is difficult to tell. Do you think that crushed curry would be the orangey colour with the Merry moments in the picture??? I'm just not sure!!
Melon Mambo sounds like a green of some sort to me - and I guess soft suede might be a ? light brownish shade? But you would really think that they would through a green or blue in there ??? Well, I'll be curious to see.......
I agree - Merry Moment is likely the nice red that I see. It's a pretty shade of red - at least to me!
Hmm - below it is an online bonus project that has blue and green colour on it. I don't know if that is a stamping up project, but I'll go and look online.........I can always hope!!
Have you ever missed the joke and it comes back and hits you in the back of the head?
Well.......I looked long and hard, even read the little supply list and I never put two and two together. So after reading the postings above.........I just had to go get my new book. I thought the names were the same letters for both names.....so where does Razzleberry lemonade come from?

SU "leaked" the new style of the demo website newsletters we email out to customers, and I'm pretty sure the colors used in it are the new in colors. They're gorgeous! I really REALLY like them. Don't think I can say anything else, or I'll get spanked by the SU patrol! lol jk!
I don't receive any email newsletters from any of the demos I know. :-( Maybe they all have dial-up, like I have.
I can send you mine.
We don't officially see it until June 1st, but they showed us a sample of the new style of it, and I'm pretty sure those are the new in colors.
I'm excited. There's usually a few in colors that I just don't like, but all of them are awesome...to me at least.
I'm not a demo, but I have a few SU new catty questions - do you actually receive it on the 1st? Can you release product info once you receive it? When can a non-demo get her hands on one? I have a great demo, but she does work full time and I'm not sure when I'll get it from her.

Thanks for any info.
That's a good question. We never get our catalogs "on time", and it's a total PIA. This year if we place a demo order in June, we will get a free comp catalog with our order.
Demos who order a case of catalogs usually get them before July 1st.
As for when we can release info....I'm not quite sure. I don't think we're suppose to say anything until July 1st. I do share my catalogs with my customers a bit sooner.

Thanks, MaiTi. I forgot about this thread. Just reviewing today. I have now seen the new in-colors online, not in person, and must say, I'm looking forward to seeing the suede in person. It looks like it will go so well with the pink pirouette and the previous in-color blues as well as the kraft and artichoke. I'm anxious to learn more about the previous in-color use by SU that demos were teased with in the message that said "don't get rid of everything." Is there any additional news on that yet?
I looked at that link from the gallery picture and I'm kinda disappointed! I think I'll love that Melon and Bermuda, though. I really don't like the whole polka-dotted grosgrain thing. Oh well!

Michelle has some great comparison pictures on her The Stamp Workshop blog. Not just the new In Colors, but a comparison with some of the current colours.

I wish Su would stop with the InColors. There doesn't seem to be that much difference in some of them to the standard colors. Why not replace some of the standards once in a while and have the new colors around longer?
Every year I buy the new in colors - paper, ink pads etc. I have used hardly anything from last year, and never the ink pads. I don't think I really need the ink pads - I usually am stamping with black and coloring with copics, prismas or SU! markers anyway.

The in-colors a huge seller. I myself always buy the entire sets.
I do wish though they would add some of the older ones to the original line.
A couple people mentioned on another thread that demos shouldn't get rid of all their old in-colors just yet, there might be something coming with them.
I'd love to see some of the in colors return.
I went to Google and typed in Stampin Up In Colors and found the following link ... the in colors come with markers this year! Shows you a color picture of the colors with ribbons and the names of the new in colors.
