Talking In need of Papercrafter's tote template, please, oh please

Our scrapbooking/stamping store went out of business in February and I don't have a lot of opportunities to leave town to venture out and hunt for the March issue of Papercrafters. Of all the places I've looked in town, no one carries it. Can anyone with that issue please share the dimensions to the tote that I see being posted? I would be forever grateful.

I don't get the magazine either, but I made my own template. I used and 8 1/2 x 11" piece of cardstock. First, I scored down the long sides 1 1/2 " in on each side. Next, I scored the short way in 4 1/2" on each side Then, the 2" rectangle you get in the middle of each side, you cut up to the score line. Then, crease your lines and fold up. VOILA! You made a tote. I hope this makes sense. Let me know if something was unclear. _Brandi ;)
