Default Need Help Identifying a Stamp Set

I have a stamp set that I purchased at a garage sale. I believe it's Stampin' Up, simply because all of the other sets there were from SU. There is a clear name sticker on the box that says Happy Birthday Set. Did Stampin Up ever have a set by that name? The stickers on the stamps themselves (the ones that show the image of the stamp) don't have a copyright on them, so I have no idea if it actually is SU or not. I'll try posting a picture of the set this afternoon. The set consists of a bear with a party hat, a birthday cake, candles for the cake, balloons, a present, the words happy birthday, and a background stamp with confetti. Any ideas?
