Default Need Card Opinion! Please Help!!!

Hi ladies,
I was asked to create a card for a lady in our family support group (support group for families of deployed soldiers). This lady has done so much for our group and she is getting ready to leave as her husband is being transferred. I came up with this but I am not sure if I like it. I have shown it to a few other people and they all like it but I wanted to get your opinions. Is it good as is or should I change something about it? Here is the link. It may still be pending. TIA for your help.

I like the colors. I think it looks nice, but if you're looking for a little something "more", maybe add a background or a ribbon? Or maybe stamp the little flower on a separate piece of cs, cut it out, and put it on the corner of the saying with a dimensional?

I also would say add ribbon - maybe vertically behind the sentiment? Looks great otherwise!

My thoughts exactly! You could tie the bow & have it above the sentiment. I love the colors you used.

I like the colors! I agree with everyone that a bit of ribbon would finish it nicely.

Thanks ladies! It is a good thing Mr. Brown is bringing me some white organdy ribbon today huh?! I will be sure to post the edited version. Thanks for your advice. I knew there was something missing but yesterday was a very long day and I just couldn't think.

My advice.... just add a bow using the narrow organdy ribbon in the purple color. I think that will add a nice touch. Other than that, I wouldn't touch it!

The card looks great, but I agree you could add a ribbon of some sort.

I love the purple ribbon and the crystal effects idea. Unfortunately I don't have these things and don't have the week I would need to wait for the order. Hopefully when the white ribbon gets here today it will do the trick. I really want to make this a great card. Thanks for the input ladies!

Try this on a scrap (maybe printer paper) first, because I have to see it myself and oftentimes I am wrong, but I'm wondering how it would look to sponge around the sentiment in the pink or purple color, or if you have Itty Bitty Backgrounds stamp randomly with the splattery (flyspeck) looking one over all the white areas of the card in the pink and/or purple colors.
