Wait a second! Did you design these stamps? Or do you mean you designed the cards- because if you actually made the stamps then WOW!!!!!!!!!!

Then again, even if you just made the card WOW! those are goregous.

Your cards are great. I'd love to have that stamp set. (I loved the thigh-highs, although I would probably be reluctant to use it, but the other one was more discrete)

I also thought that the "borrow a bra stamp" comment was clever and funny

so are you selling these fairies? i know you had a set that i asked you about before, and you had said it was not for sale.

I really like fairies. So much so my kids can recite Irish legends about fairies.

I just viewed your gallery and left the positive comments these cards deserve. I am open minded and can see the difference between a fairy and a photo of a nude woman. I don't go to galleries that put drapes on the statues. I'm an adult and recognize art.

You are very talented to have created these stamps of your own design. I wish I were such a creative artist!

I think Brigitta's cards are beautiful.

If anyone has been around for any amount of time they would know that Shanon has a GREAT sense of humor and was totally joking about the bra thing. She keeps us smiling!

Brigitta - keep up the beautiful stamping and keep putting them in your gallery!

Where can we get one of these fairy stamps? My sisters and I have all gained weight lately and are down on ourselves. These fairies made me smile and realize you don't have to be a size 2 or 4 or 6 .... to be loveable. Thanks for your wonderful cards!!!

Ik vint de werk von youw heel erig mooi! My attempt to drag out the last little bit of my dutch literacy...and not doing a very good job. Brigitta, your work is fabulous and would stand out fairies with clothes or without. It's been my experience that more people critisize what they don't understand or are jealous of; on the other hand, those that share your humour and try to add to it, cannot get the impishness across via the printed word as if they were in the same room. I think your stuff is fabulous...and I look forward to your new posts!! Haartilijk bedank vor de haarstijke mooi karte!!!

Your impages are very artistic. I especially love your stamps you use in the backgrounds.

I think nudity is awesome...I just can't get everyone else to see things my way!!! I love strolling around the house nude...even have windows by my front door where the blinds are always open. I have had to refrain a little when I am out back now as I have a two-story behind me and they can see in my yard. Dh has a huge problem when I do this, he's always saying, "What if they look or see you naked?" I always say, "they probably won't want to look again, so I'm not worried!". I will admit though, when I went to Tahiti, I talked of doing what they do. Couldn't bring myself to do it though once there. I have parts of my body that haven't ever seen sunlight and I didn't want to fry myself! Also wouldn't spend $65 American dollars for bottoms of a swimsuit only.

Hi - another Shannon here! I have no problem with nudity, either. I'm always walking around in vaious stages of undress. My DD gets so upset with me - one morning after my shower as I'm running around looking for clothes naked she looks at me and says "Mom - Pants are your FRIEND!" LOL

Whateva - we came into this world naked - aint no shame in it....

Not really fairies, but...with a pair of wings you could make them look like fairies...

(they have some cool stamps there, too, besides the more nekkid ones...)

If we can't have some fun with our stamps, what's the use. I think you're fabulous. I cannot even begin to imagine what work it took to design and cut out a stamp. I thought both your cards very artistic - they made me giggle (I too have that pot belly!) and, I also did not think that you got that many bad remarks - the majority were giving you nice comments! With the number of people on this site, it's awesome! Hey, Picasso probably got the same thing. Keep on making stamps, we'll all catch up with you eventually! Good work!

I was not going to respond to this, but since it was brought to the front again I will.
I do not think that these are appropriate. To me they are offensive. Now it makes me wonder what else will be approved and uploaded.

I do not think that these are appropriate. To me they are offensive. Now it makes me wonder what else will be approved and uploaded.
I appreciate everyone has their own tastes. I just don't understand how they could be considered offensive. Reminds me of a stamp I've seen that reads (paraphrased) 'the world is full of art, you just have to SEE it.'
Have you had much exposure to art? an art class perhaps? Museums? It seems the more exposure we have to art, the more we appreciate it. But aside from the art component, I thought they were fun and a fresh approach to cards. So much of what we see is cookie cutter.

Your cards are beautiful. Don't let judgemetal and and hateful people bring you down. That's what people like that like to do, try to make others feel bad.

Not liking her cards is one thing, but leaving negative comments in the gallery is what is really offensive. And doing it under another user name is cowardly.

I disagree with you. And disagreeing does not mean one is hateful either. I know that you did not say that in this post. But it has been mentioned throughout this thread. Others having opposing opinions in considering this distasteful or such does not mean we are hateful. I have friends that I have directed to this site, I cannot be silent and have those think that I am in agreement with something that is offensive.

I checked it ou, and I think they are beautiful. Americans are generally too uptight. Most people in these days dont appreciate real art. When I went to Europe, I absolutely loved seeing the statuary and other art, talk about gorgeous. And it is mostly nudity.

I say, "Keep up the good work", I'd like to see more.

You should also keep in mind that some of the negativity may just be jealousy. They wish they could, but cant.

And to those that think I am being judgmental. I think that of you in what you are saying about me.
