I try to keep my stamp collection to a min, cause I want to use what I have without being overwhelmed, but would love some more storage for other stuff.
I love the foam. I don't like the acrylic or polymer stamps because they don't have the foam. It is harder to stamp the image evenly. That cushion allows the stamp to move up and down a bit, and lets you put more pressure on the stamp. You get better images with the cushion. Also, the ones without cushion are easier to warp. I got frustrated with some clear alphas doing that. The letters were wonky when I stamped.

Try putting the coluzzle foam under your paper when you stamp with clear stamps, you will get a great image.

I only own one clear CTMH set and it is an alphabet. I have had no problems with it and have not had to use the cushion under it like they suggest. That's just one more step I don't want to have to worry about.

I went out and bought more .97 crates from Walmart today. I think I have enough now to put all my stamp sets in and they all fit right in front of me on my stamping table. Next time I will wait until I have all that I need before I share on a public forum though. They were sold out at two of our local WM's and I had to run out to one far away today.

I buy it in the 10 sheet quantities for $31.50 so that it figures out to $3.15 per sheet. Definitely worth it because most likely you'll need them all anyhow. (I've actually now ordered three sets of 10 from this seller.)

If you put a foamy thing under the acrylic stamps it makes it stamp a lot better.

put a foamy pad under the paper you are stamping.

Just a quick heads up, because if I had know this first, I wouldn't have gone out and bought so much of the GRAFIX. People have warned that if you use the vinyl window clings, you will have to replace them in a year or 2, as they lose their clinginess and dry out. You've had that experience with old window clings, I'm sure.

If you still want to try it out, I have a package of clear vinyl cling (six 9"x12" sheets) at home that I am willing to part with for cost ($5.29 + shipping).
