Default My markers came today!

I am so happy! My TRIART markers came today. I LOVE them! I love that they have all 3 tips and they are alcohol so they can be used with Copics & prismas.
I am going to buy more since they are so cheap!

Have fun playing with your new markers! I have Copics but I'm not familiar with Triart markers. I'll have to check them out, thanks.

They work the same as the Copics and can be used with them. THe brush and broad tips are basically the same and are refillable. But they are much cheaper and only have 150 colors.
I bought mine at Carp Diem

Thanks for the info! They are way less expensive than the sketch markers I get. I'm wondering if they run out of ink quicker though since the marker is in two sections and the barrel that has the brush nib (which is the one I use most the time) looks to be about half the size as a Copic. Refilling markers is probably easy but it's a bit intimidating to me. I'm kind of messy, lol! But still, it looks like you got a good deal! Enjoy!

OHH I was just looking into investing in some copics. But I like the look of these as well as the price better . I like that you have all 3 tips together.
Can anyone tell me what colors you like best for skin tones?
TIA!

They may but you know I have bought Copics and shortly after they ran dry. Besides the Triart refills at CarpDiem are cheap for the bottle just like the markers.
They blend beautifully and really they are no different than Copics quality wise.
They have 150 colors and if there is a color you want that they do not have then you can buy the copic in it as you can use them together.

I am already picking out more colors to order as free shipping with a $25 order is great. Thats 11 markers for me.

O.M.G.!!!!! I was just looking at these markers and they look GREAT!!! I have about 80 copics (Ciaos) and I haven't used them yet. I really like the idea of the 3 tips in these markers, not to mention the price! When you get a chance to use these markers please let us know what you think. I may just have to sell my copics!

Have fun playing with your new markers!

I am going to be ordering more!

Carpdiem has FREE shipping with and $25 TRIART order. So that like 11 markers/refills and free shipping!

I am new to markers, can you tell me what are manga. Here in bali, they are fruit.
I am looking at different prices for the tria,s in australia and at carpdiem. Indeed the carpdiem has got the cheapest. I want to buy the 24 set, is the manga the best for colour?
Thanks,
Jogry/bali

Thanks,
Not sure, either. I know Manga is a big illustration/cartoon/art form right now. Don't know about 'manga colors' though ...

So are they as sheer as Copics? That's the one thing I love about the Copics that I haven't seen in other permanent ink markers like Prismas, etc.

Manga is a style of Japanese comic and cartoons. Copics and Triart markers are popular with the illustrators of this type of comics.
