Has anyone had this problem? The stampin up cs is too thick and jams my printer, so I use "cheap" white cs and use the RGB colors. That works very well, but I would like to be able to print on SU cs. Thank you very kindly for any help.
My printer is front-loading... and I am able to run SU cardstock as well as 130 pound watercolor paper through it by placing a small stack of regular paper in the holder.. placing one sheet of the heavier paper on top.. raising the edge of the heavier paper a little and holding the others firmly down.. then hitting print. For some reason, if I try stacking more than one sheet of cardstock at a time in the holder, it does jam.
Hoping this will help you too.

I do the same thing as Dancing Rain. I make sure there is a small stack of regular paper in my printer tray, and I just place one piece of card stock at a time on top of that.
Using Microsoft Word, make sure to select the Times New Roman font. Increase the font size to 400 by overwriting the little number in the font size drop down menu on the toolbar at the top of your page.
To print only the outline of the letters select the Format drop down menu at the top of your page. Select the Font option, a pop up box should appear. Using your mouse select the outline box. Then click on the OK button at the bottem of the pop up box.
Send some cardstock through the printer, cut out the letter then stamp away to create coulour and texture!
If you switch your page set up to Landscape and reduce your margins you can get two letters per 8 1/2 X 11 cardstock.

I did everything you said. The letters are hugh on the screen, but when I go to print, they are only about 3/4 of an inch. What am I doing wrong
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!! I am so excited about this! I love the Monogram letters but just can't bring myself to spend that much for one stamp. This is terrific. You all are the best! :-D
This is awesome. I used a few different sized fonts and scripts and came out with one I liked, I printed it up, copied to cardstock then laminated it and kept both the cut out and the stencil to make the monogram either way.
