mixed media card using blue jeans as grass and water

I saw a card on mixed media done with blue jeans as water and grass. My daughter is into lighthouses bigtime and I would like to make her an album for her lighthouse adventure photos using the jeans idea as the front. Does anyone remember the artist? I think it was a foreign sounding name starting with a B. I would like her permission to use her idea.
