Hi ... you can put it in the microwave for 7 seconds or so and it will peel off easily. Then you can reposition it. I've done this a few times, works like a charm!
If you put your stamp in the microwave for about five seconds, you can pull the stamp off the block and fix it. Happens to the best of us. I do this alot when I mount them crooked. HTH
You can heat the stamp in the microwave for 10 seconds. This will allow you to remove and replace the rubber. You can also trim the stamp at the same time if you are not happy with the way you originally cut it. Hope this helps!
when removing an old stamp heat it for about 5 sec then try to GENTLY remove the rubber, if it is sticking put it back. My neighbor didn't listen about trimming the stamps before mounting, I had to heat them all and re-trim. The large stamps needed to be put back a few times. You don't want to dammage the foam pad under the rubber it will make the stamp uneven in the future. It's not hard to do it just takes a little patients.
This is good to know if you have a stamp that has a spot that shadows. You can remove and retrim. I save one or two sheets from under the stickers to put the rubber on for the retrim so I don't loose any more adhesive. If you don't have any sticker paper you can use patrchment or wax paper (not quite as good). the sticker paper is also good for "holding" paper that you have put adhesive or tape until you are ready to use them I wouldn't do a bunch ahead and expect them to come off a week later, but while you are doing the progect it helps. I didn't mean to hijack oops.
While mounting the brushstroke alphabet, I accidentally put the lowercase "g" where the lowercase "a" goes....boy was I confused for a moment or two! If you turn the "g" upside down, it looks like the "a"!!!
