I went to my largest Michael's, they had all 16 sets plus two clear blocks all in the $1 bin in NJ, but the two smaller stores by my house have still not received any...if that helps
I found them in Midland, MI, all 16 of them plus the 2 sizes of blocks. I called them Thursday and they held them for me until I could get there on Saturday. I called 2 other Michael's before I found them.

I found 15 sets in New York. The lady I talked to that works there said these are like round 3 of sets for $1.00 missed out on the others but got all 15 to play with.
Last week, I found two sets at the store closest to my house. Today during my lunch break, I'm going to the store closest to my office to see if they have any.
I found a set in Washington, PA. They haven't received the second set though...:( The other store, about an hour away, doesn't have them at all and have never received the first set! Some stores have them, some don't and as someone else mentioned, they don't know what they are getting until they open up the box (for the dollar stuff, anyway) so keep looking, calling, and asking about them. Also, you need to keep digging through the store because sometimes they are in the rubber stamp aisle, others are in the dollar bins, and others are in the round bins where the wood dollar stamps are located. I have them. I stalked the Michaels in Concord, NH and they were never in. One day about 2 weeks ago my friend Anne who also lives in NH to stopped by and she found all of them! She picked up a set for me. Keep looking or have someone look for you. I like having the buddy system.
I found a bunch in the NW chicago burbs... but only at one store; the others I checked didn't have any; the lady said people were coming and buying them ALL! I was lucky to get what I did.... And I bought lots of extras for blog candy!

I found four sets plus one acrylic block in the Victor New York store! They were in the front of the store in the round regular dollar bins...mixed in with everything else!
I found both sets in Lexington KY. The problem is that when the store finally gets them in someone comes in and buys all they have to price gouge on ebay
The cashier said they just got them today at our store. We also finally got the ribbon on wooden spools. No animial ribbon yet though. I'll take what I can get:0)
