Too tired to figure out if I should be posting this somewhere else. General stamping is usually the first place I look so that is why I am posting it here.
Have so enjoyed this year. First time to open a gallery for me this year. Everyone's comments have been so appreciated. I made 34 Christmas cards this year and sent out 12 bought ones. The thing is I really feel like making Christmas cards for next year right now. But that feeling could fizzle at any moment, lol. And I really do not have a lot of time right at the moment. Guess I am just feeling happy leading up to Christmas. Got most of the prep work done for cooking the turkey tomorrow.
I don't have a blog and no plans to go there at present, so just posting love to one and all on this wonderful internet community.
Back at ya, Shirl. And I want to add my own Christmas wishes to everyone here. Most of all, I wish our community many wonderful blessings in the coming year!
I did not enjoy 2015, and Christmas 2014 was difficult as our family was in mourning. But today I have hope for the future.
My feast contribution is simple. I'll be making blueberry muffins this afternoon. We are changing things up this year. Instead of Christmas dinner, my mother is hosting Christmas brunch, allowing her grandkids to continue their festivities with significant others in the afternoon. I love my mom, and I so appreciate how she has always put her children and grandchildren first.
Merry Christmas to all. I am about to wind down and relax a bit for Christmas Eve night.

My hubby and I will have a quiet day together tomorrow. Our big family celebration will be at our house on Saturday, the day after Christmas.
We've had our "Day After Christmas Party" for several years now, and everyone loves it. The grandkids get to open more presents and extend Christmas a little longer. And they were able to enjoy Christmas Day at home and play with all their Santa presents.
Plus, I get an extra day to get ready for all of them. We have a large extended family with several grown children and spouses who live here, and 12 of our 19 grandkids will come! It's always a little chaotic, but lots of fun.

Merry Christmas to All. Today is our day to rest, relax and eat leftovers from yesterday!
Our family drove in from 3 different places in the state to have Christmas here yesterday at noon. We ate, opened gifts, had dessert and then they all left to go home by 7:00 PM. It was chaotic but a whole lot of fun. It was nice to hear little kids (great-grandkids) laughing and running around the house again. Just like the old days.
The sun is out, we have not a lick of snow anywhere, the grass is even a little green. Love it. Not your typical Wisconsin winter, that's for sure.

Merry Christmas to all, from one place in Canada where we have a white Christmas as of two weeks ago.
Thanks to each and everyone that was kind enough to give advice when needed, and all those extra little tips we didn't know about.
We are off to Arizona in 10 days, and special weather statement last night predicts freezing temps to cover plants and protect pipes over the next two days .....Yipes guess I better pack some woollies lol.
