Default masculine colors that go with vintage violet

I am in need of masive need of masculine colors that go with vintage violet. Well, I may be exaggerating just a bit, but I worked with 19 girl scout and they each made a 21 page 8 x 8 acrap book. Each page was vintage violet, so basically I cut over 320 8 x 8 squares out of vintage violet so I have tons of scraps that I am trying to use up!!! I love the color so it isn't like it is hard. I also make about 30-40 cards a month for my church's card ministry (most are birthday) so I am trying to use the color in those. However, I am at a loss as to what colors to use for my masculine cards. Any suggestions? Any links to go with that suggestion??
Thanks!
Jodi

I made a card using bashful blue, vintage violet, and marigold morning and it doesn't look too girly.
Good luck!

How about cranberry crisp, close to cocoa and mellow moss?

Or mellow moss and eally rust

Someone on scs referred me to this awesome site to help you find color combinations. I have it bookmarked for quick reference!

So do you think this card would look ok, if I used vv, bashful blue and used little pieces and made a teen guy card?

maybe I should add a splash of marigold or cranberry somewhere?
I am at such a loss!

Try two shades of green, like A.Artichoke and C.Celery. I think that would work for either feminine or masculine. Flowers for the gals and stripes for the guys.
