Default making a bridal shower card for a lesbian wedding???

I had a good customer call me and ask for some ideas for making a bridal shower card for a lesbian wedding??? Does anyone have any ideas? She wanted classy & easy. I am sure something with some pretty flowers or embossed wedding rings. I am thinking just a typical shower invitation other then it is a couples shower for the both of them. I am going to do a search for shower invites in the gallery and see what i can find.

I think anything love related as long as it doesn't have a man and a woman on it, with a beautiful sentiment would be fine!

I just received a bridal shower invite that featured the SU stamp that is an envelope open with hearts coming out. It was about a 2X2" image...think it may have been a SAB set at one time. Something like that might work easy enough. The invite was card front that fit into the smaller envelope that you can buy fairly cheap in an office supply store (not the #10 but the smaller ones).

i think anything with two brides (depending on the couple), flowers, or possibly a floral print done with a spectrum rainbow pad would look nice

If you are looking for something more personalized... How about using the set "it all adds up" and masking out the groom and adding in another bride?

How about using the stamp from Totally Cool with the 2 girls on it. It would be real cute with a little tulle on it.

Personally, I'd treat it exactly the same way you'd treat a "regular" shower card. I love the Roses in Life's Special Moments, done in the colors of the wedding with some mulberry paper behind the image would be beautiful! Or if you're feeling creative there's the Bride from Happily Ever After and you could change the words from "Here comes the bride" to "Here come the brides".

I love the idea with It All Adds Up. I will have to play around with that ideas and see what i can come up with. Thank you for the great ideas. If anyone has any other ideas i would love to here them. I would like to have a few different samples made up when she comes over.

My in a pinch wedding card is the now retired Soft Swirls stamped on vellum with versamark and embossed with white embossing powder. From the back of the vellum I color in the hearts with a red sharpie (need a permanent marker to dry on the vellum as a water-based marker won't). Then I mount it on a white card base attaching with a red faux bow. Stamp congratulations or hand write a note on the inside and viola a classy wedding card. And one that would be suitable for any couple getting married.

Default invitaions

I need to come up with an invitation not just a card. I should have been a little clearer. I really like the idea of using the row dresses from the retired simply sweet set and and trimming it down ta two.
I tried to go back and edit my post but I can not figure out how to do that anymore.
