Their website looks active and my go-to store, scrapbook.com, still has many pages of their products for sale. I would try the email on the bottom of the home page of their website. Good luck!
Mary Beth
They are. I was playing around on their website yesterday.
How did you try? Email or phone? They do have a constant banner now saying they are working as fast as they can.

I have emailed them twice; once on the May 31 and the second on June 2 but still no replies. I do agree that the website looks active but one of the banners was that something was going to be postponed. I checked Facebook and Instagram but they are outdated.

Their last website blog posts are from December 2022, so I wondered if there were changes coming…

Sorry for mistaking businesses, my fault for reading/posting while tired.
No worries Vic. It gets confusing.
I took a look- I am not seeing 35% off sitewide but they do have a massive sale going on up to 70%. Some amazing values if one is willing to scroll thru it all-over 1000 items. Ton of different doily patterns.

Thanks, I'm the sole caretaker of my S/O, he has dementia and is like a child - very tiring for this old lady!
I've only looked at a few pages on their site, I hope to get back to it.
On May 5th the FB admin of Maker Forte Lisa Alpert posted about the owner Alex:
UPDATE
Hey Makers...I just received a little bad news..please send Alexandra Stapleton-Smith you well wishes she is currently at the hospital and due to an illness and is not going to be able to hold tomorrow's Marker class. I will get with Alex when she is back on her feet to sort it out.
2 weeks ago Alex's daughter posted that her mother had a TIA and was not doing well.
Alex is also going through a difficult divorce. She has a lot on her plate. Hopefully she will be able to keep the company going. She has wonderful products and classes... do hope her health will improve and she will be back soon.

The cart took an additional 35% off the clearance items. I didn't try adding anything that wasn't in that category - the one thing I really needed was out of stock, a new clear plate for my die cutting machine. Trusting that will still be available through their quilting site - guess I better ask!
I just checked the website and found this quick announcement:
"www.makerforte.com is currently unavailable."
There's a drawing with a "We'll be back soon" sign
As MaryMint noted above in June, Alexandra had been having a rough time. I hope things are a little bit better for her each day.
I was wondering the same thing. She used to do a lot of videos but the last one was 5 months ago and her last blog post is even older - everything is outdated. I know there is a divorce involved and it appears messy from a video she posted. Hope it isn’t destroying the business she built up.
I hope they come back but I think it not likely. Their website link is now showing a message 'no longer active'. Scrapbook.com has over half the line on clearance and the last new items look to have been added several months ago. I really liked their embossing powders and stamp cleaner--that stuff was great.

I am so bummed to hear they are no longer in business! I absolutely LOVE their Color Hive Eclipse Black ink pad for alcohol marker coloring. My refill bottle is almost empty! Can anyone recommend a suitable replacement? I love that it is a deep black with excellent coverage whether using red rubber or photopolymer stamps. Memento just doesn't cut it for me. Can anyone help a girl out, please?
