Last week I still had not received my winterkit and I have send an email again to magnolia. I got a reply and they have send me the winterkit. Today I received finally my kit! I am so happy with it!
I'm so happy for you! Isn't it always such a relief to FINALLY get something that everyone else (mostly) has already gotten... to know it wasn't lost in the mail after all!
Thanks Sophie! They actually said that they had send the kit on the 7th of dec. but she immediately said that she would send me another kit. Still very happy!
Still did not receive my winter kit sent a email to the top email address and have not heard a response from them. Exactly for those that sent an email how many days did it take them to respond and which email address did you send it too? Since I am from the US I am not calling them and don't want to get my credit card company involved.
I can't exactly say how long it was before they answered me ( I lost the mail because I had a virus on my computer) but I think it was 1 or 2 days. Did you send the mail to fraga@magnolia. I had send my mail to this one and another email and they answered me from the fraga email adress.
Sometimes they don't answer emails at all. I have had the worst time with them, both for my winter kit and for my business. I think they need a new order fufillment/accounting division and someone to answer emails.
Out of 7 emails I sent they answered one. And we were talking about a big chunk of change. I just love these stamps but I now feel like I am gambling with my money if I order from them.
I am really thinking about ordering the summer 2010 kit. Does anyone know when the cut off to order the kits are,or is that a mystery? Also, I notice they have 4 kits available so does anyone one know more or less what 4 months they ship?
I have a question. I can't find Magnolia stamps in stores around here (WV in the US).
Is there a stamp club in the US or is the one in with money in kr (Sweden, I think) the only one.
Also, how many stamps are typicaly in the kit and does it include any thing else?
