Ok ladies, I just love all the tins that are being done...I am going to try and do one. A couple of questions....where is the best place to buy the tins and how do make the dividers for the inside?
I have seen them at Archivers in various sizes. They are not a cheap as some of the ladies have posted. $l0.00 large etc. I also saw smaller ones at Michaels. They didn't look as nice but if you are covering them with paper, guess it doesn't matter. Hope this helped
I have bought from Oriental Trading but they are out of stock. I have an order coming in from joanns.com or something like that. They were cheaper and I think will be a better size for what I want. I have made dividers from cardstock and then used the tag punch cut shorter to make the tabs. HTH, Lynn
You can buy them at Michaels/Roberts for $4.99. When I had a 'lunch tin' class, we made the dividers by simply cutting cardstock and using the Tag Punch with a coordinating color to mark what the section would be used for (Brithday/Thank You etc)
I'd love to help you guys, but I live in Australia. There is a terrific online store called LittleScrapbookShop that sells lots of different tins. Mind you, they probably come ftom the US anyway:rolleyes:
