Looking for a retired stamp set

In volume 5 of Just Cards on page 108, there is a card with a Santa Claus.
The background are the words from Was the night before Christmas. It contains a post office stamp with the word North Pole N.P. Dec.23. It has a circle tag hanging from the stamped piece of cardstock. At the bottom of the stamp there is a small circle that is tied on with jute rope and the circle is stamped with a holly ring with "believe stamped on.

Does anyonw know what stamp set this is from? I would really like to purchase this set. Love this set.

Thanks for you assistant. I have that set. This stamp has a large old-fashioned Santa head,complete with a bushy beard and with a smaller picture of Santa in his sled with three reindeer. The picture was on page 106 not
108.
