Lisa Sommerville's Test Tube Template

Has anyone else tried Lisa's template for the test tubes? Wish I had the link but do not. There seems to be something missing in the measurements, mine just doesn't fold up correctly.

If so, I see a difference in the way she drew the template for the double and the single. It would result in the double having no way to join the box sides. Post back if this is the right link...then I'll expand my comments.

The templates are not drawn to scale - but all measurements should be accurate.

Does anyone know where to buy the test tubes other than Michael's? I even tried M Stewart and can't seem to locate them there? What size do they measure? Thanks for the help!

Haven't found a single package since I posted my template. You could try a science surplus store they should have them.
