Default lining the inside of a pen

My daughter's bridal shower is at the end of the month and I wanted to include a pen along with a notepad as part of the favor. What kind of pen do I buy that will allow me to pull out the nib and insert a paper liner before putting the nib back in? I know it's an old technique but I think it will be cute to match the notepad cover.

The pens are RSVP pens. I have found them at Wal-Mart, Office Depot, etc. Target and Walgreens don't always have them. Have fun getting the wedding together!

Check your local $1 Stores, I have been able to get them, 2 for just a buck.

Look for them now too as school supplies are on super sale thanks to Back-to-School time. It may be an "old" technique, but it's always a crowd pleaser!

I've found some bargin brand pens that look similar but leaked rather quickly so I'd go ahead and buy the RSVP.

And with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser and a bit of water you can scrub the writing off.

Once you get the paper in, you can't get it out. At least I was never able to.

Have fun, these are fun to make!

I found a package of 5 at Staples for $1. They only let you buy two packages at that price so take someone with you so you can get enough for the shower!!

Does anyone have the measurements for the paper to go inside? I've never made these before but I'd love to make some for gifts this year.

TIA!

3 1/2" X 7/8" are the measurements I use. Also, thinner paper works better. There's a tutorial here in the Resourse section.
