A sneak peak of something from the Winter MIni....anyone know when this illustrious catty comes out? I must must must have this set...Carte Postale! Oh....*fans self* I'm warm now, lol. ;)

The winter mini will officially start on December 1st. I'm hoping that this set will be available to us in the US too because it is awesome (the demo that posted it is from Canada and we don't always get the same stuff). US Demos should know for sure around the 15th of this month (as we'll be able to see the winter mini on-line). If you send me a PM on the 15th, I'll check for you (I just need a little reminder).

I just read through a thread on the demo side regarding this set. Some US demos saw this set too, so I'm thinking that it will be available to all (hoping SU does not make me a liar on this one).
This set was given to the lucky/hardworking demos who were invited to Founders Circle. It was one session that included both Canadian and US demos, so this set is for all...yippee! A French set for US in the States!
I totally hope they are in French or I am going to have to find a Canadian demo to get this set from! ;) I'm a begining French speaker....we're kinda thinking (way far ahead here) that these would be perfect for some invitations of some...ahem....sort. ;)
i like this set alot! i hope they are in english too! i got a set called "parce que tu me plais" that is the same as "just because i like you" or something! I didn't know it was gonna have that quote in french, though! lol, the girl i traded with said "just cause i like you!" but back to the topic! i do love that set! hopefully it will be in english!
I'm thrilled that it's in French for the US as well. Who knows, maybe it's a test to see if French sets would sell well in the US. I know there are a lot of us who SAY they want to be able to purchase some of the Canadian version of sets, but this could be a marketing test to see if that translates into actual sales to make it worth their effort to let us.

Bad JulieHRR! No seriously....we've been thinking about making each other the "old ball and chain" for a while now...just not sure when or where...but probably next spring in conjunction with my best friend.
NOthing official yet though....we just both saw the stamp set and nearly at the same time said..."WOW! Wouldn't that be GREAT on our wedding invitations!?!?!?"

It's a gorgeous set! I saw it and some of the projects created with it over the weekend. I just love the bird and the fleur de lis, and the words, and the swirly thing. It looks fabulous with that paper and oooh, the new ribbons!

I don't think you're nutso at all! I think it would be beautiful for a wedding invite and, I think it's splendid that your hubby to-be shares similar taste with you!

It sure is! It runs 12/1/06 to 2/28/07. More excuses to load up on the cool ribbon and paper (as well as the stamp set). Free stamps too!!!!
Well since I'm a TAC demo, I try to "limit" my SU spending. But since I'm a stamper at heart and am not exclusive to any one company, I've taken "limit" to mean one VERY big order during SAB! I can't wait
