thanks for posting that! I just ordered mine! I've been wanting to order from viking for a while, but didn't want to have to buy $25 worth of mono to get free shipping. now I'm all stocked up for months to come (I hope). thanks.

Woohoo!! Thanks again, I spent as much as I saved. They dont even have them on sale this cheap in the store. I ordered a couple encore pads in different colors than we sell too, to try them. Now. tomorrow I want to go to Hobby Lobby and get my Staz-on for 1/2 price.

I just went to the website to order and it is now $3.03. I guess it was just this last weekend only. I don't know why it went up this morning. I missed the boat or do you have to enter a special code? Please let me know if you see a sale like that again. Thanks Carol!
It must have been just over the weekend. I ordered last night and it was at the 1.89 price. I didn't have to enter any code until I was checking out, and that was for the free shipping.

Here's what happened to me when I tried to order last night. The sale price didn't come up until after I put the code in. But there was still shipping. I thought the code was for free shipping, not to get the sale price. Very weird.
I ordered mine on Sunday. But yesterday and today it comes up as 3.03. Why is it coming up one price for some? That's weird. I used the link from sheilacarey and still get the 3.03 price.

Thanks for the info! Unfortunately for me, the website was so ridiculously slow that I gave up trying to shop there. Must be all these SCS'ers trying to get cheap mono!
It wasn't only slow, but it kept kicking me out coming up with a message that I had not been browsing for 60 minutes so I would have to start all over...but, that's all I had been doing ...browsing and trying to order the mono! No luck, so I gave up and ordered the Take Ten Vol 4 at stampington! (I did get to order the Xyron 510 adhesive refills today at $8.99 each!)
I was having trouble with the price/shipping so I called JoAnn's directly (so '90's!!!)
The lady I talked with was extremely nice and helpful--she said the website was having some issues! I gave her the code I had (NOVHFS42) and she gave me the free shipping and the refills at $1.89! What a great deal! And just in time--I'm almost completely out! :shock:

Hi everyone! I know I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer...but I do not see the mono refills at that price! I see them for $3.00+ Can you tell me the code or something?

Like Jennifer, I too called the JoAnn's "Customer Care" line, but for a different reason and when I asked the lady why the stores don't honor the online prices, she asked me what I wanted. I told her the mono adhesive for $1.89 and she said that was a mistake, that it was supposed to be on sale for $3.03.
So I said, "So everyone ordering it for that price is not going to get it at that price?" She replied that if you were able to put it in your cart and check out at that price, then you would get it at that price. So that's the reason why everyone is seeing different numbers, I guess.\
On another note, if you purchase gift cards from JoAnn's for anyone, be aware that you have to get a certain card for the recipient to be able to redeem it online. I received a gift card, wanted to use it for this mono deal and wasn't able to because it's a "store only" card. I am going to have to drive (an hour one way) to the store to either spend it or exchange it for a card I can use online. Not real happy with JoAnn's right now!
