Question Irish themed wedding - claddagh stamps?

Hello,
A good friend of mine is in the midst of planning her wedding. Both she and the groom are Irish, and would like the main theme of their big day to be the claddagh. She has been looking at pre-printed invitations online, but when I offered to handmake them for her she got very excited. We did a quick search online for a claddagh stamp, but were not very successful finding much selection.

Does anyone here know of a good source for beautiful celtic stamps? She would like an image that is small enough to be classy. Besides a claddagh image (here is a link to the most common one we saw, we liked the traditional image the best, but its also fairly large http://www.highlandercelticstamps.co...ccrosses.html), we are also thinking some pretty celtic knotwork for borders would be useful - for invitations, and for scrapbooking the event later.

Thanks for any help - I know if anyone has ideas, someone here in this creative community will! Also, it would be most helpful if the source was Canadian, or at least ship to Canada! Thanks in advance

Terri

SU made a set awhile back called Celtic Knots. I don't think it's in the catty anymore. But you may be able to find someone here that has it who would be willing to sell it. Try the BST forum. Or you may be able to get it on Ebay. Here is a link to the gallery here on SCS that shows samples from the set. Celtic Knots by bubblestx4 at Splitcoaststampers

There's a set called celtic images in the TAC catalog and sells for $10.95.

I found these links. Hope it helps!

http://store.crazyforirishdance.com/minicladdagh.html

http://www.highlandercelticstamps.co...iccrosses.html (this site had a number of very nice Irish stamps, both wood mounted and unmounted)

http://www.celticattic.com/treasures/celtic_stamps.htm

and AddictedtoRubberstamps.com also has some. Do a search for Celtic. They have a sale going on right now and 1/2 off shipping.

Good luck!

Stampabilities has a Celtic knot and you can purchase it at Hobby Lobby if you have one close, otherwise, you can google their website. It's under Crafts, Etc. too!

I have a Celtic stamp set at home a friend gave me. It's at home, so I don't remember the brand name. It's like one you would purchase in a museum gift shop or Irish shop.

I also have the Highlander stamps. Very nice stamps.
