Default Instructions for Trifold card with cuts, etc

Hi, I'm not sure if i'm posting in the right place or not, but I'm looking for instructions on that really cool trifold style card that has several pieces that you have to cut for it.. (hope I make sense).. I didn't see it in resources... Thanks in advance.

It sounds to me like the one RiverIsis is referring to, but there is a tutorial for that in Resources (Tri Fold Shutter Card Tutorial & Instructions by Bonnie Szwalkiewicz). If it's not that one, I can't think what else it might be!
