I was looking at the cute stamps they sell and I was amazed by their coloring skills. I learned a lot about shading by studying the colored stamps. I have a few animal stamps but I never seem to color them well. They have a great animal and bird section which was very helpful to me. There is a colored metal bucket and a mirror which were colored with gray colored pencils and looks very realistic.
I was thrilled to find this site as both a source for great stamps for sale and color examples.
Do you use any other sites that you can link here for us that have good coloring to learn from?
WOWsers Sherrie! That video was so awesome. I learned a ton. I would never have touched my lighter copics to my darker markers but now I will. I loved the lesson on grounding which was also new to me. I hope you will be making more of these fantastic videos in the future!
Awwww, you guys make me blush! Looking forward to picking up more lessons at CHA!
Just viewed your tutorial. WOW, you've got the gift!!! No, not the gift of gab, but the gift of teach!!!
Thanx so much for exposing your tutorial to us!!!

This was just posted on another thread for the video this stamper (Tracey) did on making an origami box. But the most current video on her website is for coloring with waterbased ink -- it's fantastic! Check this out: http://enchantasy.blogspot.com/
The talent out there is incredible!
What a great video Sherrie! I love to color and ave always had some trouble with the layering and blending of colors.
Don't have any Copics yet, still working with my old stash of Marvy brush markers. Had them for 10 plus years and one by one they are drying up. It may be time for new pens.
Sherrie, I would love to see another copic coloring video sometime coloring bigger areas. I have trouble coloring things like a big rain coat on a person or anything that has a lot of blank space. You do such a great job with coloring so if you ever get in the mood to make more, we'd love it!!!
I am so glad I found this thread. I suppose my biggest reason for not starting a stampin collection/addiction was the fear of coloring the image. These poste comments have supplied wonderful information and a new collection. I am off to find copic markers. Gee thanks you guys!!!
I did one on coloring with both Prismacolor markers and pencils w/oms together. You could use copics too. Feel free to check it out at my blog. www.talkscrapbooking.com
Wow, chickers089 - your is a cool tutorial, too. I never thought about combining colored pencils with copic markers - I think that will help a lot of us who don't have all of the colors in every medium - TFS
Wowsers Chickers, that card turned out awesome combining the two mediums! Thanks for sharing those with us. It is nice to see use wonderful card samples using TAC stamps!
Sherrie, Thanks so much for the copic tutorial. I also would like another. I only own 8 of them and was ready to give up but now I'll give it another try thanks to you !!

Great tutorial Sherrie ! Makes things so much easier when you actually see someone do it then just read about it. Thanks for taking teh time to do this
Man oh man I am loving all these great coloring tutorials. That tutorial that All American lead us to has some really cute stamps by Magnolia. I did a search but can't find these stamps. She is from Sweden so I am wondering if they are local stamps for her. Does anyone know if we can buy them?
They are cute! I know some of the gals on here are getting them now but I'm not sure where and the search isn't working for me... geez. Lot's of help, huh?
PS. I can't get Sherrie's tutorial to load but I'm gonna keep trying!! It sounds awesome.
You can try again now, I was having some issues with youtube, trying to load up another video. I'll try and load it tonight......thanks for all the kind reviews!
This has just been the best thread! I have been struggling with coloring (with pencils or markers) for YEARS and just never really got the whole shadowing/blending thing until today!
I tried it with SU! stampin writes and prismacolor pencils and instead of using oms I used the prismacolor colorless blenders and I just had fantastic results!
Thanks again for the tutorials! It's been so fun experimenting with these today
