My upline has gone on vacation and I was just curious...about how long, on average, does it take to get your starter kit? I'm going to send in all my paper work on Thurs. and am just wondering. I am a teacher and I'm worried I timed this all wrong. Of course, stamping is a wonderful de-stresser for me!

I of course have lots of stamps, but I don't have any cardstock from SU yet so I can't really do anything to "get ready." I'm anxiuos. I'm sure you all understand! I'm really looking forward to this. I've never done anything like this before, so it will be all new!

Joy, to answer your question, I think it will take a couple of weeks for the starter kit to arrive. We have some things in common. I just met with my demonstrator on Sunday (7/25) to sign up. I'm going to mail my info in today (7/26). Also like you I'm a teacher and yes, we picked an inconvenient time to do this with school starting up in August! Good luck to both of us! Paige

I submitted paperwork for a new recruit which SU received on July 21. Her kit was to ship either this past weekend or today. She should receive it by the 26th. We live on the east coast.

I am a new demo too and I submitted my paperwork at the beginning of July. Of course, they didn't start processing until the 19th and mine wasn't processed until the 20th. My starter kit was shipped on the 23rd and since I live on the east coast and everything comes ups ground from SU unless you do 2 day shippping, it will arrive on Friday the 30th. And of course this is going to be a very long week of waiting and watching the man in brown drive up and down my street :shock: until he arrives . You can always call and get your demo number and go online and check the status of your kit.

I signed up in the end of February. I Express Mailed my packet to SU (I'm such an impatient person)! I had my demo number within 2 days and my kit arrived 8 days after I sent everything. By having my demo number I was able to log into the demo portion of the SU site and learn to navigate my way around. I actually placed my first order before I got my kit! (told you I was impatient)!!!!

Joy - Tesschap brings up a good point - you can call Demonstrator Support and ask for the status of your kit if your upline is unavailable. I called to ask a question about the special while my kit was there processing. The person I talked to asked for my info, and was able to give me my Demo ID and their security password that would come in my kit! She told me to sign on and change my password anytime, and I did it that day! I enjoyed the site for at least a week before my kit actually arrived and I was happy that I found out, even if by accident! So, if you send it on Thursday, I'd say by Wednesday of next week you could just call to see if it was received, and I bet they'll have info for you.
