What holidays do you make cards for? Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easter is popular but, I'm wondering how many people send 4th of July cards, Halloween cards and any others?

The only cards I send for the sake of the holiday are Channukah. However, if I am sending a thank you note in July or late June, I break out my 4th stamps. If I stayed at someone's home in October, it's a halloween-tastic hospitality card.
Christmas and Valentine's Day are the biggies. I'll sometimes make a few Easter cards, too, and of course cards for Mom and Dad on Mother's Day/Father's Day. I'll make a few cards for other holidays... Halloween, July 4th, whichever... just for fun!
Great question! When I started stamping, I only made Christmas cards for my friends..... Christmas led to Valentine's Day...... which led to Halloween..... which led to Thanksgiving. I don't stress about any holiday except Christmas.

I do all of the BIG holidays and of course birthdays. But my favorite is a *Just Because* card. I send them to friends and family just for the fun of it. Sometimes they are serious cards, sometimes totally crazy but they are always sent just 'cause.

Well, since I started stamping all those years ago to save money on cards (LOL), I do pretty much most holidays. Some of them I only send to my stamping friends, and the big ones I do for family and friends. I also make all my Birthday cards, thank you cards, thinking of you etc.
The thing I enjoy stamping most are ATC's and those I do for swaps.
I do St. Patty's day cards for the Irish side of the family.
I don't do Halloween cards.
My Mom spent 12 years in Australia and every year I send her a card for their national holliday. Even though she is now back in Canada I know how much she misses it.
Christmas, Easter and Valentine's are the big ones.

I make Easter cards for close family, Halloween cards for nieces/nephews/young cousins, Valentine's cards for immediate family.
Everybody I know gets a Christmas card.
For Thanksgiving, I make a bunch of cards (however many I have time for) and make a list of people whom I am particularly thankful for in the past year. I send them cards telling them how thankful I am for their friendship, support, love, whatever. This was recommended by my minister a few years ago as a way of not losing Thanksgiving between Halloween and Christmas hoopla.
In addition to birthday and Christmas, I make tons of Halloween cards and thank-you cards. Nearly one thank-you card every week for a co-worker who gives me his Michael's coupons, and no-reason cards for another co-worker who randomly gives me chocolate. And Halloween is my favourite holiday, so sometimes I make Halloween cards throughout the year.
Well I started last year making cards for all holiday occasions and sending them to family along with a brief letter and a current pictures of my girls...
So last year I sent cards for (and plan to do so for this year too)
Valentines (and sent this year )
Easter
4th of July
Halloween
X-mas
I also do birthday cards...

I do Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine, Easter. I do not do Halloween because I feel that it conflicts with what I believe as a Christian. I also love doing "friend" cards for no holiday at all.

Christmas is the only holiday that I send tons of cards out for.
On Valentines Day, Easter, Thanksgiving I send cards to close friends and/or family.
I send "thinking of you" cards all year long though.
I do more Halloween I think than Christmas,Valentine's,St. Paddy's Day, Easter(but only with cute little bunnies and eggs),sometimes I do Happy Spring instead of Easter,Thanksgiving and Happy Fall. I don't do 4th of July. I send alot of Thinking of You throughout the year also.
I make them for almost all the major holidays, including 4th of July. I like to include photos taken throughout the year in my cards to share and it's an easy way to get 2 things done at once.
Never thought of doing Groundhog Day - Cinco de Mayo would be fun to try, Chinese New Year, Boxing Day....;)
All of them.....I even sent some for September 19--National Talk like a pirate day.......and yes I find those "unique" holidays fun to create for.....I will be expanding my stash because I am having more free time and need to fill my days.

I make cards for my youngest nieces and nephew for every single holiday. They love getting them in the mail! For the more major holidays I also make them a little gift...for Christmas they each got a name frame, and for Valentine's they each got a mailbox. For Easter I'm working on some really cute tin pails for them.
I do most of my cards by the month...January lots of snowflakes, snowmen, etc, February Valentines,...July 4 of July. I love to do most holidays, but we don't do Halloween.
I make cards for Christmas, Valentines, birthdays, baby related, and if time permits for Easter and Halloween. I don't think I've ever made a Fourth of July one. LOL! Talk Like a Pirate Day rocks! THe guys over at KROQ (106.7) in California LOVE it!

I missed making Christmas this year, so I did Happy Leap Year cards instead! If you missed Leap Year this year, you have 4 years to get your cards ready for the next one in 2012! Happy Stampin!

Right. TODAY is Feb 29th, so I have missed it! *stomping foot* It never even occurred to me to make Happy Leap Year cards, even though I have that Unfrogettable set with the leaping frog that would've been perfect!!!
I bet in 4 years I'll have forgotten and miss it again!
